Sehr empfehlenswert für jemanden, der eine persönliche und private Trainerin sucht, die Übungen empfiehlt, die auf Ihre Schmerzen abzielen und die Muskeln stärken.
 I used to have so much lower back pain. After a few training sessions and regular exercises that I should do at home, the pain subsides. Highly recommended for someone looking for a personal and private trainer who recommends exercises that target your pain and strengthen muscles.

Meine Beschwerden haben sich trotz den Coronapausen stark gebessert. Ich fühle mich beweglicher und kann meinen Alltag wieder besser meistern.
Naphat verfügt über viel Erfahrung im Trainingsaufbau und findet somit immer wieder den richtigen Ansatz für meine Beschwerden.
The studio is new and there are many devices available for the different forms of treatment.
My complaints have improved a lot despite the corona breaks. I feel more flexible and can cope with my everyday life better again.
Naphat has a lot of experience in building up training and thus always finds the right approach to my complaints.
