Die Sessions sind kompetent und abwechslungsreich, der Yoga Raum und die Atmosphere sehr angenehm und Jana eine super liebe und herzliche Trainerin, die Yoga als ganzheitliches Konzept lebt und mit Begeisterung weitergibt! Yoga to feel good! The sessions are competent and varied, the yoga room and the atmosphere are very pleasant and Jana is a super loving and warm trainer who lives yoga as a holistic concept and passes it on with enthusiasm!

NAMAJANA meine Begeisterung für Yoga geweckt:) Great introduction for yoga beginners. Explains very clearly and clearly how the exercises are carried out and shows alternatives. NAMAJANA sparked my enthusiasm for yoga :)

Schade nur, dass derzeit max. 3x pro Woche Einheiten stattfinden. Dennoch, weiter so! Bin ein Fan des Studios ☺️ Beautiful premises and a great teacher who brings a lot of knowledge and empathy to the table. It's just a pity that units are currently taking place max. 3 times a week. Nevertheless, keep it up! I'm a fan of the studio ☺️
