dabei hat er die Ursache für mich sehr gut verständlch erklärt
und zusätzlich zu seiner direkten/manuellen Bearbeitung des "kleinen bösen" Muskels
alltagstaugliche "Hausübungen" mitgegeben.
Es war einfach richtig gut!
Jetzt zwickt nichts mehr.

he explained the cause for me very well
