Das man auf Termine manchmal länger wartet ist nichts ungewöhnliches für die Branche und somit auch nicht dem Institut vorzuwerfen. Die TherapeutInnen leisten gute Arbeit und sind um Kundenzufriedenheit sehr bemüht. Top institute, you can definitely recommend it. Both knees and back were treated excellently in my case. The fact that you sometimes wait longer for appointments is nothing unusual for the industry and therefore not to blame for the institute. The therapists do a good job and make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction.

Von einem Wohlfühlambiente mit fachgerechtem Stuhl in netter Atmosphäre zu einem unbequemen Holzsessel im ehemaligen Umkleidekammerl... Früher noch nett beraten, heute nur mehr schnell abgefertigt und ungenau bearbeitet. Der Nagellack war in 10 Sekunden angebracht und ist schon am nächsten Tag wieder stellenweise abgegangen. Wirklich schade finde ich ebenfalls, dass die Aktion "Treuepass" (9+1 gratis) eingestellt wurde. Einzig allein der günstige Preis ist von damals übrig geblieben. Der allein ist es allerdings nicht wert wieder zu kommen. Institute ok, foot care insufficient Unfortunately, the quality of foot care has deteriorated significantly. Erstens - qualitativ schlecht, zweitens - die Pedikürin war nervös, gar nicht nett, es hat ihr alles nicht gefallen. It was the worst pedicure I had ever received. Bin umsonst her gefahren und hab keine Auskunft bekommen, wann es denn wieder Termine geben würde. According to the status 02/2022, you don't even have to go there because they don't give any appointments. Of course they don't say anything about it over the phone! I drove here for free and didn't get any information as to when there would be appointments again.

Termine fast immer eingehalten +/- 5 Minuten ...war auch mit Problemen an den Füßen bei der Fußpflegerin und war sehr zufrieden! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! Nice team, professional therapy, flexible also in scheduling appointments according to my wishes. Appointments almost always kept +/- 5 minutes ... the podiatrist also had problems with my feet and was very satisfied! I can only recommend!

Mir wurde empfohlen zu einer Privaten-Physio zu gehen. Obwohl ich vorher auf die Homepage alles nachgelesen hatte, was die anbieten. Ich habe mir dann von Orthopäden eine neue Überweisung geholt und bin nochmal persönlich hingefahren. Die Dame sagte mir, ich soll Montag-Donnerstag kommen. Ich habe ihr gesagt, sie soll heute (Freitag) nachsehen, das dauert nur 1 Minute und ich war schon mal da, so viel zeit muss jetzt sein um einen kurzen Blick auf die Überweisung zumachen, ob die korrekt ist. Und schon wieder! Sie sagte: Ich habe Massage, Massage ist unmöglich, Massage ist ausgebucht. Massage kann ich nicht hier machen. Dann sollen die keine Masssage anbieten, dass hätten die mir schon vor 3 Tagen sagen können als ich das erste mal dort war. Unmöglich! Inkompetent! Do they even take patients? No they don't. I was there personally and was smiled at with my referral (family doctor). I was recommended to go to a private physio. Although I had previously read everything they offer on their homepage. I then got a new referral from the orthopedist and went there again in person. The lady told me to come Monday-Thursday. I told her to check today (Friday), it only takes 1 minute and I've been there before, there must be enough time now to take a quick look at the transfer to see if it's correct. And again! She said: I have massage, massage is impossible, massage is fully booked. I can't do massage here. Then they shouldn't offer a massage, they could have told me that 3 days ago when I was there for the first time. Not possible! Incompetent!
