D	Dagmar Hajek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich muss leider sagen das die nicht sehr kompetent arbeit ich bin frisch operiert zwei Wochen nach einer Hüft op haben angerufen und alles am Telefon gesagt also wie lang es her ist das ich operiert bin und das ich jetzt mit einer Physiotherapie anfangen muß und soweiter am Telefon war die Dame ja noch sehr nett. Sie hat mir gleich für nächsten Tag einen Termin gegeben um 8:20 ich machte mich am weg mit meinen Krücken wie gesagt gerade zwei Wochen nach der op. Als ich dort war waren sie total unfreundlich und 9b es mir nicht am Telefon gesagt wurde das sie erst termin ende November bis anfang mitte Dezember erst termine hat für eine physio und ob ich nicht woanders hinschaun will das ich eventuell früher einen termin bekomm. Sie hat mich aber trotzdem das Formular ausfüllen lassen um mir dann nach ca 5 bis 10 min zusagen das es ein problem gibt und ich nicht auf der termin liste stehe für die ärztin. Und die ganze zeit total unhöflich und unfreundlich. Ich würde es nicht weiter empfehlen. Unfortunately, I have to say that this is not very competent work I am freshly operated two weeks after a hip op have called and said everything on the phone so how long ago is that I am operated on and that I have to start now with a physiotherapy and so far on the phone the lady was still very nice. She gave me an appointment for the next day at 8:20 am I made my way with my crutches as I said just two weeks after the op. When I was there they were totally rude and 9b it was not said to me on the phone that she was only at the end of November until the beginning of the middle of December I only have appointments for a physio and if I do not want to look elsewhere I might get an appointment sooner. She has let me fill out the form to me then after about 5 to 10 minutes to say that there is a problem and I am not on the appointment list for the doctor. And the whole time totally rude and unfriendly. I would not recommend it.
L	Lunatic Fringe1110 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider ein Reinfall sondergleichen. Beim Erstgespräch wegen ein einer Schwellstromtherapie war jeder zweite Satz man müsse abnehmen. Die Tatsache das die Beschwerden seit über 10 Jahren anhaltend sind auch als man schlank war wurden abgetan. Das Personal sehr unfreundlich schaut dich nicht mal beim Reden an. Wenn man beim Schalter steht und was braucht wird man lange ignoriert. Der Therpeut der dort ist teilweise nett und macht eine tolle Behandlung. Beim Schwellstrom wurden mir die Schwämme mit einem Gurt befestigt und laut dem Therapeuten soll man mit einer Übung mitmachen um den Effekt zu verstärken. Seine Kollegin "Sissy" legte mir Sandsäcke drauf und meinte ich solle entspannen .. auf meinen Wunsch hin bitte den Gurt zu nehmen meinte Sie es sei eh alles das selbe .. und lies mich dort liegen. Bei dem Therapeuten hatte ich immer eine sofortige Wirkung und war 2-3 Tage Schmerzfrei. Dank ihrer Behandlung hatte ich genau gar keinen Effekt und Schmerzen. Heute wurde ich sogar von einem Termin heimgeschickt weil Frau Sissy überfordert war und Ihrer Aussage nach keine Therapeuten da waren. Zuerst wurde ich auf Kabine 1 beordert und auf meine Bitte den Gurt zu verwenden reagierte Sie sichtlich und hörbar genervt und meinte ich solle mich bitte anziehen wir vereinbaren einen neuen Termin Sie ist alleine und muss bei der Ordi sitzen. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt!!!! Unfortunately, a failure beyond compare. At the first talk because of a Schwellstromtherapie was every second sentence you have to lose weight. First I was ordered to cabin 1 and at my request to use the belt you reacted visibly and audibly annoyed and said I should wear me please we make a new appointment She is alone and must sit with the Ordi. I have never experienced anything like it!!!!
s	shulamit witt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir mussten fast zwei Monate auf den ersten Behandlungstermin warten. Meine 13 jährige Tochter braucht Physiotherapie wegen eines Problems mit der Wirbelsäule. Beim ersten Mal wurde sie von einer sehr netten Ärztin untersucht aber die erste Therapie fand erst beim nächsten Termin statt. Nach vier Therapien wurde die 5. am gleichen Tag abgesagt und ein paar Tage später erhielt ich einen Anruf, dass alle weiteren Termine auch abgesagt werden, da diese Therapeutin nicht mehr dort arbeitet und es auch keinen Ersatz für sie gibt. Es wurde uns vorgeschlagen, zu einer Heilgymnastik für Kinder zu gehen oder ein anderes Therapiezentrum zu suchen. Ich hoffe, das bedeutet nicht wieder zwei Monate Wartezeit bei einem anderen Institut. Außerdem müssen wir uns wieder eine neue Zuweisung von unserem behandelnden Arzt besorgen. Sehr viel Zeitaufwand! We had to wait nearly two months for the first treatment. My thirteen-year-old daughter needs physical therapy because of a problem with the spine. The first time she was examined by a very nice doctor but the first therapy took place only at the next appointment. After four therapies, the 5th was canceled on the same day and a few days later I received a call that all other appointments are also canceled because this therapist no longer works there and there is no substitute for them. We were suggested to go to a remedial gymnastics for children or to look for another therapy center. I hope that does not mean another two months waiting time at another institute. We also have to get another assignment from our attending physician. A lot of time!

Ich war mit den therapeutischen Leistungen sehr zu frieden. Ein Heilungserfolg war bald spürbar. MfG I came to the ordination after a shoulder injury. The ladies at the counter tried very hard to set up suitable appointments for me. I was very satisfied with the therapeutic services. A healing success was soon noticeable. Kind regards
