Es war Pfingstwochenende und auf der Suche nach einem Reparaturengeschäft habe ich diesen Laden durch Zufall aus der Straßenbahn entdeckt. Am nächsten Werktag rief ich an und ich konnte sofort vorbeikommen. Es erwies sich nicht so leicht ein Ersatzdisplay für ein Samsung Galaxy S6 zu finden, doch sie haben es geschafft. Am gleichen Abend hatte ich mein Handy wieder. Für einen Bruchteil des Preises, den mir anderen Geschäfte genannt haben. Leider aber, passierte während der Reparatur etwas, was mein Smartphone am nächsten Tag nicht mehr einschalten lies. So habe ich in dem Laden nochmal angerufen und sie waren wieder optimistisch. Sie haben das Handy gleich wieder entgegengenommen und am Abend konnte ich es erneut abholen. Es war eine Kurzschlussreaktion des Akkus. Da es kein menschlicher Fehler war, musste ich für den Tausch des Akkus nichts bezahlen. Seit dem funktioniert alles einwandfrei. Danke! Recently, the display on my older smartphone stopped responding. It was Pentecost weekend and while looking for a repair shop I discovered this shop by chance from the tram. I called the next working day and I was able to come over immediately. Finding a replacement display for a Samsung Galaxy S6 wasn't that easy, but they made it. I got my cell phone back that evening. For a fraction of the price other stores have quoted me. Unfortunately, something happened during the repair that my smartphone wouldn't turn on the next day. So I called the store again and they were optimistic again. They picked up the cell phone right away and I was able to pick it up again in the evening. It was a short circuit reaction of the battery. Since it wasn't a human error, I didn't have to pay anything to replace the battery. Since then everything has been working perfectly. Thanks!
