Ich hätte als Geschäftsführer schon darauf reagiert, doch in Zeiten wie diesen hält man es offenbar nicht für notwendig ? Die Dame hinter der Scheibe war relativ unfreundlich, zudem undeutlich und leise gesprochen (nicht ins Mikrofon) und hat nichts richtig erklärt. Man hatte das Gefühl sie wolle das Geschäft ohne große Mühe so schnell wie möglich abschließen. Der Kunde ist König sollte man denken. Jedoch ist das hier nicht der Fall. Ich kann den Laden leider nicht weiterempfehlen. I was here a few weeks ago to buy gold. The lady behind the window was relatively unfriendly, spoke indistinctly and softly (not into the microphone) and didn't explain anything properly. It felt like she wanted to close the deal as quickly as possible without much effort. You should think that the customer is king. However, that is not the case here. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the shop to anyone.

Sehr sehr unfreundlich und respektlos! Der Kunde ist König jedoch ist das hier nicht der Fall. Ich kann den Laden überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen. Nie wieder!
