Mittlerweile spricht man gar nicht mehr mit mir, sondern ich werde von Tonband zu Tonband weitergeleitet, bis es schließlich aus ist. Ich werde den Konsumentenschutz einschalten und dieses verhalten publik machen. This customer service is a cheekiness! I've been trying to get a technician for six months because my new smart TV just does not work. Meanwhile, one does not talk to me anymore, but I am forwarded from tape to tape until it is finally over. I will turn on consumer protection and publicize this behavior.
L	L. Nore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Kundenservice ist vom Jahr 1991 und man muss WOCHEN auf ein Ersatzteil warten. The customer service is from 1991 and you have to wait WEEKLY for a spare part.

Ich habe an 3 verschiedene Stellen ein e mail geschrieben, keiner fühlte sich zuständig. Wirklich sehr schlechtes Kundenservice!!! ;-( In kindergarten, 3 CD recorders broke within a month. Shortly after the warranty expires, of course. I wrote an e-mail in 3 different places, nobody felt responsible. Really very bad customer service !!! ;-(
P	Paul Wassermann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe eine Neue Kaffeemaschine gekauft und nur heisswasser rausgelassen leider ist sie undicht oder sonst was aber der Kundenservice war echt unfreundlich und statt ne andre maschine zu schicken kann nur eingeschickt werden bis die dann zurück is dauerts ein halbes jahr...und statt garantie oder gewährleistung is zum selbst zahlen. bin echt enttäuscht I bought a new coffee machine and only let out hot water, unfortunately it is leaking or something else but the customer service was really unfriendly and instead of sending another machine, it can only be sent in until it is back then takes half a year ... and instead of a guarantee or warranty is to pay yourself. am really disappointed
Z	Zlatan Omanovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben uns einen neuen Philipps Fernseher gekauft und hatten technische Probleme. Nach gefüllten 20 Stunden Wartezeit bekamen wir endlich einen vom Kundendienst. Dieser war zwar freundlich aber hatte kein Plan und schicke uns eine Email zu welche unnötig war und nicht weiter helfen konnte, trotzdem Danke. Fazit: Damals eine tolle Firma aber es wurde gespart gespart gespart... Spart lieber in der Chefetage den die Kunden bringen das Geld ein.... We bought a new Philipps TV and had technical problems. After 20 hours of waiting, we finally got one from customer service. This was friendly but had no plan and send us an email which was unnecessary and couldn't help, thanks anyway. Conclusion: Back then a great company, but it was saved saved saved ... Rather save on the executive floor that customers bring in the money ....

Still asking for another picture. This will be the last time buying a product from them. Way to too slow to fix the issue.
