Nur heute nicht, es wurde vormittags ein falscher Artikel bestellt, ich habe den Artikel nachmittags abgeholt und den Fehler erst zuhause bemerkt und dann angerufen, um den richtigen Artikel bestellen zu lassen. Bei dem Anruf habe ich dann erfahren, dass der richtige Artikel lagernd ist. Ich bin deshalb gleich wieder hingefahren, um den Artikel zu tauschen. Eigentlich kein Problem, Fehler können passieren. Erst musste ich etwas warten, damit die Bedienung vom Vormittag sich um den Umtausch kümmern konnte. Die Dame hat mir dann erklärt, dass ich eine Wundpflegecreme von der Firma wollte und auch bekommen habe, dass also kein Fehler passiert sei. Sie hat mir übrigens eine Emulsion zur Pflege nach Laser-Behandlungen bestellt ... jedenfalls wurde der Artikel äußerst widerwillig getauscht, mir wurde erklärt, dass ich mich nicht so aufregen solle (nachdem ich oberlehrerhaft behandelt wurde und dreimal für eine lagernde Creme dort war! ich habe leider keine Engelsgeduld ...) und entschuldigt hat sich auch niemand bei mir. Fazit: Eigentlich gut, aber manchmal echt unfreundlich ... Actually, my experience with this pharmacy is very good. Except today, the wrong article was ordered in the morning, I picked up the article in the afternoon and only noticed the error at home and then called to have the correct article ordered. When I called, I found out that the correct item was in stock. So I went straight back to swap the item. Not really a problem, mistakes can happen. First I had to wait a bit so that the morning waitress could take care of the exchange. The lady then explained to me that I wanted and got a wound care cream from the company, so that no mistake had happened. By the way, she ordered me an emulsion for care after laser treatments ... in any case, the article was extremely reluctantly exchanged, I was told not to get so upset (after I was treated like a teacher and was there three times for a cream in storage! Unfortunately I don't have the patience of an angel ...) and nobody apologized to me either. Conclusion: actually good, but sometimes really unfriendly ...

Der Herr Apotheker war sehr höflich und kompetent in der Beratung. Die Empfehlung wurde umgesetzt und alles war ok! Sehr beruhigend! Danke dafür.
