Leider hat sie bisher abgelehnt mich hierfür zu entschädigen. Stattdessen wurde am Telefon aufgelegt und auf Emails wird nicht reagiert. Ein solches Verhalten erschüttert mich. Ich kann daher leider die Apotheke und die Inhaberin Frau Brucker als Ansprechpartnerin nicht empfehlen. Unfortunately, the pharmacy yesterday sold me an opened drug that had already been used. Wurde dann angerufen, dass ich vorher das Rezept bringen sollte, sonst wird nicht bestellt! Ein Foto wird nicht akzeptiert. Also soll man 2 x 40 km fahren um ein Medikament zu bekommen. Außer bei dieser Apotheke habe sowas noch nicht erlebt. 5 Stunden wertvolle Zeit verloren! Prescription drug (of course I ordered a prescription) by phone. Should be there 5 hours later. Was then called that I should bring the prescription beforehand, otherwise they will not order! A photo will not be accepted. So you should drive 2 x 40 km to get a medicine. Except at this pharmacy, I have never seen anything like that. 5 hours of valuable time lost!
