N	Norbert Tamegger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erstmal möchte ich sagen, das ich das Phans von Beginn an sehr gut fand. Einrichtung, Speisekarte, Küchen Qualität und Service. Ich Genoss es Sonntag Mittag dort zu Speisen. Es gab dort immer ein ausgesprochen Leckeres Menü und das Preis Leistung Verhältnis war Konkurrenzlos. Ich selbst habe 20 Jahre in der Gastronomie gearbeitet und denke das ich qualifiziert bin das zu beurteilen. Doch leider habe ich seit der Wiedereröffnung nach dem Lookdown erschreckende Veränderungen festgestellt. Die Qualität der Küche steht weiterhin außer Frage, jedoch was sich im Gäste Umgang verändert hat, erschreckt mich. Begrüßung, Freundlichkeit, Service Qualität usw. Hat erschreckend abgebaut. Ich stelle für mich persönlich fest, keinen weiteren Besuch im Phans anzustreben und kann es derzeit auch niemand empfehlen. Schade um den guten Start dieses Lokales. First of all, I would like to say that I found the Phans very good from the start. Furniture, menu, kitchen quality and service. I enjoyed dining there on Sunday noon. There was always a very tasty menu and the price-performance ratio was unrivaled. I myself have worked in the restaurant business for 20 years and I think I am qualified to judge it. But unfortunately, I've noticed terrifying changes since it reopened after the lookdown. The quality of the kitchen is still beyond question, but what has changed in the way guests are treated frightens me. Welcome, friendliness, service quality, etc. Has degraded terribly. Personally, I state that I do not intend to visit the Phans again and cannot recommend it to anyone at the moment. It's a shame about the good start of this establishment.
s	simply the petz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Speisekarte ist überschaubar aber mehr braucht es auch nicht. Inklusive der Tages Gerichte ist, denke ich, für jeden Gaumen und für jede Geldbörse was dabei. Das Ambiente ist angenehm und modern. Würde man an diesem Ort nicht erwarten. Sehr gerne wieder :) The menu is straightforward, but nothing more is needed. Including the daily dishes, I think there is something for every palate and for every budget. The ambience is pleasant and modern. Wouldn't expect in this place. Lovely again :)

Der Koch des Hauses hat mit Leidenschaft eine Nachspeise erklärt... Und die war toll... Wer mit so einer Leidenschaft und Freude sein Handwerk präsentiert.. Machte uns sehr glücklich und zufrieden.. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen. Freuen uns schon darauf The surprise .. I did not expect much .. Really good and great food ... Nice service .. The chef of the house has passionately a dessert explained ... And that was great ... Who with such a passion and joy presented his craft .. Made us very happy and satisfied .. We will certainly come back. We look forward to it

Byliśmy przed tą godziną (około 17:50), ale jedna z kelnerek powiedziała, że nie poda nam już menu, bo ona ma już dosyć i chce iść do domu..sytuację uratowała chyba managerka - przesympatyczna Pani, która przeprosiła za zachowanie młodej kelnerki i zaproponowała, że w ramach przeprosin napoje dostajemy gratis. Miejsce z potencjałem, ale jednak dobra obsługa to 50% sukcesu. Niestety nie mam szansy wypowiedzenia się na temat jedzenia. After reading the positive reviews, I thought it would be a place where I could rest and eat tasty. The kitchen was open until 6 pm We were there before that hour (around 5:50 pm), but one of the waitresses said that she would not give us the menu anymore, because she has had enough and wants to go home ... the manager probably saved the situation - a very nice lady, who apologized for the behavior of the young waitress and offered to get free drinks as an apology. A place with potential, but good service is 50% of success. Unfortunately, I don't have a chance to comment on food.

Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!!! Mein Lieblings Restaurant in Bruck. Food is ALWAYS super good. Very nice staff and the restaurant itself is in top condition and promises a cozy atmosphere. I can only recommend!!! My favorite restaurant in Bruck.
