P	Patrick Klammer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also ein Österreich Vertrieb sieht für mich anders aus. Schade das EBC so dargestellt wird durch eine Person die keine Ahnung von Bremstechnik hat. Einfach nur Teile verkaufen ohne Wissen sollte man lassen. Am 1. Feb hab ich bestellt und Teilweise auch bekommen mit 15 mal nach telefonieren, die anderen Klötze fehlen bis heute wegen (Brexit o. Corona) ausreden. Heutiger Anruf: Ja laut Rechnung sind meine Klötze da aber er kann die Paletten nicht von A nach B Räumen nur wegen meinen Klötzen da auch Zoll Ware dabei ist. Aber die Oberfrechheit war das ich im Laden 20min vertröstet wurde da der Chef eine Bestellung fertig machen wollte, irgendwie verständlich aber ich wollte nur was abholen und zahlen eine 5min Aktion. Ich bestelle nur mehr über EBC Dealer Deutschland. So an Austria sales organization looks different to me. Auf der Website steht Lieferzeit 3 Werktage nach 3 Monaten mit herumtelefonieren und Email-schreiben endlich die Ware erhalten. Dannach auch noch mehr als 1 Woche lang auf die Papiere der Bremscheiben gewartet und nicht wie besprochen ein vorzeitige Email erhalten. Der Öamtc hat das Fahrzeug beim Test wie erwartet Durchfallen lassen weil die Bremsscheiben keine Papiere haben (Zusätzliche Kosten sind entstanden) . Schade darum das der Händler nur auf mehrmalige Anrufe überhaupt reagiert und auch da nur vertröstet.(Corona und Brexit) Besser man Bestellt über andere Vertriebspartner um sich den Ärger zu sparen.
