★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Pfarrkirche Leonstein befindet sich in einem Friedhof auf einer Anhöhe gelegen und ist schon von weitem sehr gut erkennbar. Sie ist dem Hl. Stephanus geweiht und gehört zum Dekanat Molln in der Diözese Linz. An der Westseite des oberen Teils der Anlage steht eine vom Holzkünstler Manfred Fürschuß geschaffene Skulptur des heiligen Franziskus. Ein sehr schöner und ruhiger Ort. Sehr gepflegt und sauber.
The Leonstein parish church is located in a cemetery on a hill and can be seen from afar. It is consecrated to St. Stephen and belongs to the Molln deanery in the Linz diocese. On the west side of the upper part of the complex there is a sculpture of St. Francis created by the wood artist Manfred Fürschuß. A very nice and quiet place. Very neat and clean.
