Dieser Kunde spricht nur italienisch, darauf wurde eingegangen und ein Chauffeur geschickt der zumindest englisch spricht. Nachdem ich alles mit der Dame geklärt hatte, hat sie mich nochmals zurück gerufen um uns mitzuteilen das bei einer langen Strecke auch die Rückfahrt zum Taxiunternehmen vom Kunden zu bezahlen ist. Das war sehr freundlich, ansonsten hätte unsere Kundschaft noch eine böse Überraschung erfahren müssen. Wartezeit gab's egtl gar keine, lediglich die Anfahrt zu unserer Firma. Dabei haben wir spontan angerufen. Preislich lagen die Kosten bei etwa 1€ pro km, aber natürlich die doppelte Strecke. Super friendly and precise service on the phone. We needed a taxi for one of our customers. This customer only speaks Italian, it was dealt with and a chauffeur was sent who speaks at least English. After I had clarified everything with the lady, she called me back to inform us that the return trip to the taxi company would have to be paid by the customer for a long distance. That was very friendly, otherwise our customers should have received a nasty surprise. There was no waiting time at all, only the journey to our company. We called spontaneously. In terms of price, the costs were around € 1 per km, but of course twice the distance.
