Der romanische einschiffige Bau mit im Kern gotischen Turm und barockem Turmhelm wurde 1860 nach den Plänen des Diözesanbaumeisters Georg Kamml reromanisiert und 1863 durch Erzbischof Maximilian Joseph von Tarnóczy neu geweiht.
