Seit über 10 Jahren mehr als zufrieden, mit Trainings in den Bereichen: Wirbelsäulengymnastik, Ausgleichstraining und Feldenkrais. Hier lernt man seinen Körper kennen, achtsam mit ihm umzugehen und ihn zu stärken.
Perfect mix! Flexibility, strengthening, relaxation, here you are seen in your entirety as an individual. Petra is very professional on the one hand, and very empathetic on the other. For more than 10 years more than satisfied with training in the areas of: spinal gymnastics, balance training and Feldenkrais. Here you get to know your body, deal with it carefully and strengthen it.
