D	Daniel Zitz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider kann ich nur eine negative Bewertung abgeben, Zustellung war erfolglos, Ware wurde verschenkt, dies wäre auch nicht der einzige Grund der negativen Bewertung, die Dame am Telefon, ohne, daß ich irgendwie etwas sagen konnte, war einfach hysterisch und unhöflich. Mit den Worten, ja wenn ich dort wohne,... Naja ich habe das Gespräch mit den Worten, ruhig und sachlich, das ich ein Kunde wäre Sie etwas auf Ihre Stimme und Wortwahl achten solle beendet. Nie wieder zu einem Produkt gehört für mich auch Service und ich möchte mein Geld nicht einem Unternehmen mit solchen Umgangsformen geben. Da bekommt man gleichwertige Nahrung auch günstiger im Netz. PS: Als Kunde bin ich weder für den Stress der Mitarbeiter noch dafür verantwortlich ob sich etwas rechnet oder nicht. Lieferung erfolgt am Samstag um 14.08 !! Eine andere Möglichkeit gibt es nicht. Wenn man zufällig um diese Zeit eingeladen ist, muß man wieder eine Woche warten. - Habe nach 3 Wochen (obwohl täglich eine Haushälterin vor Ort ist) Wartezeit zu Hundefeinkostladen gewechselt. Package size has been reduced from 250g to 200g - for the same price without informing customers. Very inflexible and also rude. Delivery on Saturday at 14.08 !! There is no other option. If you happen to be invited at this time, you have to wait another week. - After 3 weeks (although every day a housekeeper is on site) wait time to dog fondant changed.

Für Hunde, die 250g fressen, gibt es keine Lösung mehr, da es nur mehr 100g, 200g und 800g-Portionen gibt (statt wie bisher 100g, 250g und 1kg). Der Preis bleibt derselbe. Die Änderung kommt "auf vielfachen Kundenwunsch". ☹️ It used to be very good, but now there are smaller quantities for the same money. Vor allem freut es mich, dass es eine 100g Verpackung gibt, sodass auch kleine Hunde (3 kg) in den Genuss dieses Fleisches kommen. Die Vorbestellung und Abholung in Purkersdorf klappt jedesmal wunderbar und preislich ist es auch in Ordnung und man weiß, was der Hund im Schüsserl hat und sieht natürlich aus. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität von allen Hinx BARF Produkten und haben mitbekommen, wie sich Hinx in den letzten Jahren entwickelt hat. Das Sortiment ist größer geworden und es gibt da auch neue Produkte, die uns sehr geholfen haben. Meine Hunde hatten immer schwache Darmflora und oft Durchfälle. Seit wir hinxen und die Barf Suplemente vom Hinx ins Futter mischen, ist es viel besser geworden. Ich finde Preisleistungsverhältnis ganz in Ordnung und mich stören die erhöhten Preise nicht. Meiner Meinung nach- wer gute Qualität will, muss auch bereit sein dafür zu zahlen. Wenn ich die Preise mit Konkurenz vergleiche sind sie schon etwa höher, aber die Qualität bei Hinx ist viel besser und da zahle ich lieber was drauf und weiß, dass meine Hunde das beste kriegen. Wir bestellen jede zwei Wochen und in den letzten Jahren gab es keine große Probleme, wenn etwas nicht gepasst hat, haben wir es ausdiskutiert. Man wird ein Tag vorher informiert in welchem Zeitraum die Lieferung ankommt und muss nicht den ganzen Tag zuhause warten. Wenn man Infos zu den Produkten braucht, die auf der Webseite nicht stehen oder wenn man Beratung braucht, bekommt man schnell eine Antwort. Ich kann nur positives sagen und hoffe dass sich Hinx weiter so gut entwickelt. We have been ordering from Hinx for almost 4 years. We are very pleased with the quality of all Hinx BARF products and have seen how Hinx has evolved in recent years. The assortment has become bigger and there are also new products that helped us a lot. My dogs always had weak intestinal flora and often diarrhea. It has gotten a lot better since we went down and mixed the Barf Supplement from the Hinx into the feed. I find value for money quite okay and I do not mind the increased prices. In my opinion - who wants good quality, must be willing to pay for it. If I compare the prices with competitors, they are already about higher, but the quality at Hinx is much better and I pay more on it and know that my dogs get the best. We order every two weeks and in the last few years there have been no big problems, if something did not fit, we have talked it out. You will be informed one day in advance in which period the delivery arrives and do not have to wait at home all day. If you need information about the products that are not on the website or if you need advice, you get an answer quickly. I can only say positive and hope that Hinx continues to develop so well.

Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme, die Qualität ist top, denn unser Hund verträgt das Barffleisch super. Die Lieferanten sind auch immer sehr höflich. Dicker Pluspunkt ist das Einhalten des Zeitfensters, ist ja nicht immer selbstverständlich. Also wir bestellen gerne wieder. So we ordered online for the second time and had it delivered via the “Wien West Tour”. We didn't have any problems, the quality is top, because our dog tolerates the barefeat very well. Egal ob Rind oder Huhn gefüttert wurde. Bestelle es nun wo anders und hier stinkt weder etwas noch hat mein Hund Durchfall. The quality was good for a long time.
