Ich sehr zufrieden, Hr. König nimmt sich auch mal Zeit für Probleme und Anliegen wo es kein Geld zu verdienen gibt. Ich werde mein nächstes Service bei der Fa Göndle machen lassen.. ich hoffe ich werde meinem Wunschtechniker zugewiesen!

Hatte eine Panne weil eine krafstoffleitung undicht geworden ist und wurde hier zu BMW abgeschleppt . Es war ein Freitag ca 14 Uhr Hätte mich gefreut wenn die schon am gleichen Tag eine neue Kraftstoff Leitung bestellt hätten. Damit es zeitnah gemacht wird. Die Tage gewartet und am Montag ein Anruf bekommen das sie bis Dienstag fertig sind das würde ca 500 Euro kosten . Dann auf Dienstag gewartet gegen 10 Uhr kam ein Anruf ihr Auto ist fertig sie können es abholen . Dann meinte der Herr noch das sie den agr Kühler mit getauscht haben und das BMW es übernimmt . Hmm ? ok . Ein agr Kühler haben sie parat da aber keine kraftstoffleitung. Denn die 5 Tage in Österreich hätte ich mir auch sparen können da ich schnell nach Deutschland zurück wollte. Dann Zuhause ist mir aufgefallen das die Mitarbeiter überhaupt kein Stoßstangenschoner benutzt haben da die Stoßstange voller Kratzer ist. Und es fehlt eine Kabel Abdeckung . Die Mitarbeiter sind nicht penibel geschult . Wie man mit ein Fahrzeug umgeht . Bei den Kosten was man zahlt. Die Damen im Kunden Dienst waren sehr nett

Bin seit Jahren bei BMW Göndle Kunde und mit dem Team sehr zufrieden. Besonders möchte ich aber Hr Mario Bertl hervorheben, der sich um alles zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit gekümmert hat . Einfach perfekt.

Wir haben beim Autohaus Göndle unseren ersten BMW gekauft und wurden vom Verkaufsberater (Martin Kutner) sehr nett und zuvorkommend betreut. Die ganze Abwicklung hat gepasst von der Probefahrt bis zur Abholung und das Auto ist der Hammer! Ich habe eine Riesenfreude mit meinem 3er Touring!

If your a massive fan of bmws then this is the best place to go to but it is in Austra just saying

ABSOLUTELY WORST BMW MINI EXPERIENCE. DO NOT take your car here at all costs! My girlfriend and i went here with our R56 Mini Cooper and asked them to perform a service and provide a Mini tyre mobility kit. We went there a week in advance of the service to order the mini branded tyre mobility kit. We dropped the car off at 10am and handed over the keys when they said it would take a couple of hours. At 13:00pm we called to ask the progress of the car and they responded by saying that they didn't know. At 15:00pm they called wanting to do more work to the car that was completely unnecessary as it had a full mechanical check just a week before. Only at 16:00 did they finally get back to us saying the car would be done at 16:30. After arriving at the dealer on time we were told that the car was being washed and only one hour later were we handed the keys. We were then told the printers did not work so we got no receipt and were asked to leave as the garage was closing. Upon returning home we found that the tyre mobility kit was entirely different to the one ordered, the aerial was missing and 2 things that were asked to be fixed were in fact not fixed. This meant we had to cancel plans the next morning to go back into the dealer to get things sorted. When we entered the dealer and queried the kit they first attempted to tell us that it didn't exist, then said it did exist but in a different form. This argument resulted in us concluding that they in fact didn't order in the kit at all. We also said we didn't enjoy being pushed out the door and that the bits we asked to be fixed were not fixed. In response to our problems THE MANAGER LAUGHED IN OUR FACE. In addition we found on the receipt that they only worked on the car for one hour! after having the car for the whole day! Absolutely shameful service from a premium car manufacturer. Neither I or my family will ever go back there. if you know what's good for you do not take your car to this dealership.
