Er ging auf meine Bedürfnisse ein und konnte das Training auch immer an akute Verletzungen anpassen, was mir größere Trainingspausen ersparte. Neben dem Training selbst sind auch Ernährung, Sportpsychologie und emotionale Gegebenheiten ein wichtiger Teil seiner Trainingseinheiten.
 Renè has already helped me across several training plateaus. He responded to my needs and was always able to adapt the training to acute injuries, which saved me longer training breaks. In addition to the training itself, nutrition, sports psychology and emotional factors are an important part of his training sessions.
