weit mehr als er verspricht. Ich nehme schon seit Jahren Personaltrainerstunden bei ihm in Anspruch und möchte dies auch nicht mehr missen.
Er gestaltet perfekt auf mich abgestimmte Trainingspläne und betreut mich mittlerweile auch mit Online Trainingsplänen um den Fortschritt immer genau zu evaluieren.
