★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wie ich finde sehr professionelle Herangehensweise! Nicht einfach nur Trainingsplan und geht schon...hat sich echt Zeit genommen und viele Fragen gestellt, auch zu bisherigen Problem. Hatte echt lange Schmerzen in meiner linken Schulter, haben wir mit gezielten Übungen gut hinbekommen!!
 I think it's a very professional approach! Not just a training plan and it's okay ... took my time and asked a lot of questions, including about previous problems. Had pain in my left shoulder for a long time, we managed it well with specific exercises !!
