The staff is very friendly, you really feel comfortable there and have a very large selection. I can heartily recommend Personal Shop to everyone.

M	Mulu Mulugdu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absoluter Saftladen, vor 2 Wochen eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Bis heute ist keine Ware eingetroffen. Nach 3 Anrufen bei denen, wird immer wieder nach Ausreden gesucht und es hat sich herausgestellt, dass es Zulieferprobleme gab, die Ware aber auf Lager lag. Die Sendungsnummer ist seit 3 Tagen inaktiv. Nie wieder bei dem Saftladen. Es kommt nicht mal eine Bestellbestätigung per Mail. Die Mitarbeiter dort schreiben bestimmt noch auf Steintafeln. Solche Läden sollten lieber heute als morgen Insolvenz anmelden. Solche Läden werden nicht gebraucht. Absolute juice shop, placed an order 2 weeks ago. To date, no goods have arrived. After three calls to them, they kept looking for excuses and it turned out that there were delivery problems, but the goods were in stock. The tracking number has been inactive for 3 days. Never again at the juice shop. There is not even an order confirmation by email. The employees there are probably still writing on stone tablets. Such stores should file for bankruptcy today rather than tomorrow. Such shops are not needed.

Ich hatte meine Bestellung für Weihnachten 2021 per Bestellkarte (wird dem Katalog immer beigelegt) aufgegeben. Nachdem ich meine Bestellung nach Wochen nicht erhielt, nahm ich somit telefonischen Kontakt auf. Der Dame am anderen Ende schilderte ich somit den Sachverhalt!! Als Antwort wurde mir von der sehr unfreundlichen Dame mitgeteilt, es sei keine Bestellung angekommen und ich solle mich eben bei der Post darum kümmern!!?? Es wurde mir nicht einmal angeboten, die Bestellung ev. auch per Telefon entgegennehmen zu wollen oder zu können!!!!?? Da meine Bestellungen mit angeblichen Treuegeschenken bereits zweimal nicht funktionierten entschloss ich mich nun dazu, als Kunde des Shop’s auszutreten. Das Gute daran ist, es gibt viele andere Shop‘s und Anbieter, bei welchen es gut funktioniert!!! A disaster with absolutely unfriendly telephone service (one star too many)! I had placed my order for Christmas 2021 using an order card (which is always enclosed with the catalog). After I didn't receive my order after weeks, I got in touch by phone. So I described the facts to the lady at the other end! In response, the very unfriendly lady told me that no order had arrived and that I should take care of it at the post office !! ?? I was not even offered the option of accepting or being able to take the order by phone !!!! ?? Since my orders with alleged loyalty gifts already did not work twice, I decided to quit as a customer of the shop. The good thing is, there are many other shops and providers where it works well!
