M	Martin Burkert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotiron ist ein kleines österreichisches Unternehmen, welches die Lamellendächer selbst fertigt und montiert. Wir haben uns für ein ca. 28 Quadratmeter großes Lamellendach von Hotiron entschieden. Schon während der Angebotsphase wurde auf alle Fragen prompt reagiert. Da sie selbst produzieren sind sie natürlich sehr flexibel. Man merkt schon bei der Planung der Anlage die langjährige Erfahrung dieser Firma. Bei der Montage wurde dann wirklich alles wie gewünscht umgesetzt. Und auch wenn es die (wirklich sehr netten) Monteure bei uns auf der Terasse etwas „fuchste“ (schlechtes Wetter, schräge Wände, zu kurze Stromzuführung usw...) - hier wurde nicht herumgepfuscht um das Ganze schnell zu Ende zu bringen. Spaltmaße, Lackierung und Mechanik - letztendlich wurde bei unserem Dach wirklich alles perfekt. Gleich vorweg - Schnäppchen ist so ein Dach keines - aber wenn man sich einmal durchgerungen hat wird man es nicht bereuen. Windstabil von 180kmh (offen) bis 250 (geschlossen). Dürfte für Graz ausreichen - auf den Windsensor haben wir verzichtet. ;-) 4mm dicke Alulamellen sind da eine Ansage. Bei Interesse einfach mit den Maßen anfragen - wir hatten innerhalb eines Tages den ersten Richtpreis. Hotiron is a small Austrian company that manufactures and installs the slat roofs itself. We decided on an approx. 28 square meter louvre roof from Hotiron. All questions were promptly responded to during the offer phase. Since they produce themselves, they are of course very flexible. You can already see the company's many years of experience when planning the system. During the assembly everything was implemented as requested. And even if the (really very nice) fitters with us on the terrace "fumbled" a bit (bad weather, sloping walls, too short power supply, etc.) - there was no tampering here to bring the whole thing to an end quickly. Gaps, paintwork and mechanics - ultimately everything on our roof was really perfect. First of all - such a roof is not a bargain - but once you've made your way through it, you won't regret it. Wind stable from 180kmh (open) to 250 (closed). Should be enough for Graz - we did without the wind sensor. ;-) 4mm thick aluminum slats are an announcement. If you are interested, just ask with the dimensions - we had the first target price within a day.
G	Gabriele Tsokas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VORSICHT - FINGER WEG - UNSERIÖS!!! Das Lamellendach wurde, entgegen allen Versprechungen, von der MA 37 nicht genehmigt!!! Auf die Rückzahlung meiner getätigten Anzahlung warte ich seit Monaten (trotz 2-maliger Aufforderung durch meinem Anwalt)!!! Der Geschäftsführer, Herr Seer ist auf Dauerurlaub und nicht erreichbar..... Klage wurde bereits eingereicht!!!! Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, mit dieser unseriösen Firma in eine Geschäftsbeziehung zu treten!!! CAUTION - FINGER WAY - OURSELS !!! The lamellar roof was, contrary to all promises, not approved by the MA 37! I am waiting for the repayment of my down payment for months (in spite of two requests by my lawyer) !!! The managing director, Mr. Seer is on permanent leave and not reachable ..... Lawsuit has already been filed !!!! I can only strongly advise against entering into a business relationship with this dubious company !!!

Nicht nur, dass wir viel Geduld aufbringen mussten, bis unser Dach endlich fertig war (zwischen Auftragserteilung und Fertigstellung lag allerdings die Wintersaison), aber jetzt, nachdem alles bezahlt ist, ist leider noch eine Kleinigkeit zu machen, doch seit mehreren Wochen werden wir vom Geschäftsführer nicht zurückgerufen um einen Termin für die Erledigung auszumachen. So stelle ich mir ein kundenfreundliches Service nicht vor. Schade, dass innerbetriebliche Probleme auf dem Rücken der Kunden ausgetragen werden. We are convinced of the execution and the quality, but not of the service. Not only did we have to be patient until our roof was finally finished (but the winter season was between placing the order and completion), but now that everything has been paid, there is still a small thing to do Manager not called back to make an appointment for the settlement. That's not how I imagine a customer-friendly service. Too bad that internal problems are carried out on the backs of the customers.
A	Adrien Croizé on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vom Vorbesitzer habe ich ein Hotiron Lamellendach übernommen. Es ist aus dem Jahr 2007 und in einem einwandfreien Zustand, was das Aussehen und die funktion (Drehen der Lamellen) angeht. Das Produkt an sich kann ich also durchaus empfehlen. Sobald es jedoch ein bisschen stärker regnet ist es leider komplett undicht, was lt Firma kein normales Verhalten ist. Habe per Mail einen Termin ausgemacht, es ist keiner gekommen. Den nächsten Termin habe ich telefonisch gleich morgens zwecks Planbarkeit ausgemacht, wieder keiner gekommen. Schließlich habe ich angerufen, nach allgemeiner Verwirrung und initialer Versuch einer Schuldzuweisung an mich wurde dann vereinbart, dass wer am selben Nachmittag kommt. Die zwei Techniker waren sehr nett und es wurde schnell und unkompliziert eine Lösung für das Problem gefunden. Organisatorisch deutlich verbesserungsbedürftig, ansonsten gut. Ob die Lösung hilft, kann ich erst beim nächsten Regen beurteilen I took over a Hotiron lamella roof from the previous owner. It is from 2007 and in perfect condition in terms of appearance and function (turning the slats). So I can definitely recommend the product itself. As soon as it rains a bit harder, it is unfortunately completely leaky, which according to the company is not normal behavior. I made an appointment by email, nobody came. I made the next appointment by phone first thing in the morning so that I could plan, but nobody came again. Finally I called, after general confusion and an initial attempt to assign blame to me, it was agreed that who would come the same afternoon. The two technicians were very nice and a solution to the problem was found quickly and easily. Organizationally clearly in need of improvement, otherwise good. I won't be able to tell whether the solution will help until the next rain

M	Michael P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ende 2018 wurde bei uns ein ca. 20 m² großes Lamellendach inkl. 2 Screens, Beleuchtung und IR-Strahler montiert. Das Montageteam war trotz kaltem Wetter (Dezember) hoch motiviert und bemüht alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit zu erledigen. Einziger Wermutstropfen war, dass die Montage eigentlich schon viel früher hätte stattfinden sollen (Bestellung war Mitte September). Nun (September 2021) stellte sich heraus, dass der IR-Strahler (von Beginn an) nicht die zugesagte Leistung hatte. Dieser Mangel wurde umgehend und kostenlos behoben (Austausch der Heizelemente). Fast hätte ich es vergessen: Die technische Qualität des Lamellendaches ist top! Wir haben uns im Vorfeld einige Fabrikate angesehen und festgestellt, dass es da große Unterschiede gibt. Der Kauf war eine der besten Investitionen und hat unsere Gartensaison nicht nur verlängert sondern auch die Nutzung der Terrasse bei Regen ermöglicht. Würden wir jederzeit wieder machen. At the end of 2018, we installed an approx. 20 m² louvred roof including 2 screens, lighting and IR emitters. Despite the cold weather (December), the assembly team was highly motivated and tried to do everything to our satisfaction. The only downer was that the assembly should actually have taken place much earlier (order was in mid-September). Now (September 2021) it turned out that the IR radiator (from the beginning) did not have the promised performance. This deficiency was corrected immediately and free of charge (replacement of the heating elements). I almost forgot: The technical quality of the louvred roof is top! We looked at some makes in advance and found that there are big differences. The purchase was one of the best investments and not only extended our gardening season but also made it possible to use the terrace when it rains. We would do it again anytime.

Funktionieren zuverlässig, sind robust und was auch besonders wichtig ist, die Firma hat Handschlagsqualität. Wir haben unser Lamellendach bereits von 2 Jahren bekommen. Montage war wie vereinabrt und auch eine kleine Nachbesserung wurde prompt nach Auftreten des Fehlers behoben. Daher klare Empfehlung für das Service der Firma und auch die Qualität der gelieferten Produktes! The products of this company are highly recommended. They work reliably, are robust and what is also particularly important, the company has trustworthiness. We got our slat roof 2 years ago. Installation went as agreed and even a small improvement was promptly corrected after the error occurred. Therefore clear recommendation for the service of the company and also the quality of the delivered product!
