Wir haben unseren Ofen noch nicht mal 5 Jahre und er musste schon einmal komplett getauscht werden, 2 mal musste schon der Ventilator getauscht werden, 1 mal sind die wärmetauscher kaputt gegangen, 5 mal ist schon der pellet sensor kaputt, 1 mal ist innen das schamott gebrochen, und dazwischen hatten wir sicher noch 5-6 andere probleme. Es hat noch keinen winter gegeben wo wir nicht mindestens 2-3 tage frieren mussten, inkl jetzt gerade, da die netten leute ja nach 18 uhr nicht mehr zu erreichen sind, auch nicht in notfällen. Lasst die finger davon und kauft euch was gescheites wenn ihr im winter nicht frieren wollt! Don't buy it! We haven't even had our stove for 5 years and it had to be completely replaced once, the fan had to be replaced twice, the heat exchangers broke once, the pellet sensor was broken 5 times, the fireclay inside was once broken, and in between we probably had 5-6 other problems. There has never been a winter where we did not have to freeze for at least 2-3 days, including now that the nice people can no longer be reached after 6 p.m., not even in emergencies. Keep your hands off it and buy something smart if you don't want to freeze in winter!
