Alles wurde intensiv vermessen und so haben wir ein Angebot basierend auf der Fensterfläche (wie beworben) zu bekommen. Wir bekamen dann zwar ein Festpreisangebot, jedoch ohne jeden Bezug auf die Fläche, statt dessen einen Hinweis auf angeblich "ungewöhnliche Verschmutzung und schlechten Zugang". Es handelt sich um ganz normale Fenster, wie sie sich in Wien in Altbauten finden, sogar in einer Höhe, die mit geeignetem Werkzeug vom Fußweg erreichbar ist. Die Verschmutzung ist durch normale Beregnung. Die vorgesehene Reinigungsdauer erschien ausgesprochen lang für einen professionellen Putzdienst. Auf meine Rückfrage gab es dann gar keine Reaktion. Sorry, aber das ist einfach unseriös. Entsprechend haben wir auf eine Beauftragung verzichtet. We took the free sightseeing appointment. Everything was measured extensively and so we have an offer based on the window area (as advertised) to get. We got then a fixed price offer, but without any reference to the area, instead of a reference to alleged "unusual pollution and poor access". These are normal windows, as they can be found in old buildings in Vienna, even at a height that can be reached by suitable means from the footpath. The pollution is due to normal irrigation. The intended cleaning time seemed very long for a professional cleaning service. On my inquiry there was no reaction. Sorry, but that's just dubious. Accordingly, we have waived a commission.

Was mir besonders gefällt: es wird mit sehr viel Sorgfalt und Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet. I am now a regular customer of Perfekt Putzer. Was always very satisfied with the services. P	Paco roodie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also zuerst einen termin für die besichtigung vereinbaren - man bleibt dafür extra zuhause - und dann einen anruf zu bekommen, dass die besichtigung nicht stattfinden könnte weil man keinen parkplatz findet - 1/2 stunde vorher war der installateur da - hinterläßt bei mir nicht den eindruck dass diese firma professionell arbeitet. werde diese firma weder nocheinmal kontaktieren noch weiter empfehlen, sehr dilettantisch. So first make an appointment for the inspection - you stay at home for this purpose - and then to get a call that the inspection could not take place because you couldn't find a parking space - the installer was there 1/2 hour beforehand - doesn't leave me with the impression that this company works professionally. I will neither contact nor recommend this company again, very amateurish.

Der Ablauf war enttäuschend: zuerst konnte man keinen Termin telefonisch wie auf der Homepage angeführt ausmachen, man musste alles, was man gesagt hat, schriftlich schicken. OK, kein Problem. Dann keine Reaktion 5 Tage lang (48 Stunden werden auf der Homepage angepriesen), dann den ganzen Tag über keiner am Handy abgehoben und keine Möglichkeit, eine Nachricht zu hinterlassen. Auf einen nochmaligen Versand der Anfrage via Formular kam dann retour, dass man leider nicht helfen könne, weil die Parkmöglichkeiten so schlecht wären. Anmerkung: der Bezirk ist angeführt und beim ersten Telefonat wurde die Möglichkeit des Parkens im Hausareal angesprochen, abgesehen davon, dass sich eine Garage vor der Haustüre befindet, wo geparkt werden kann (eine Kostenübernahme wäre natürlich kein Thema gewesen). Kein Kommentar zu dieser Kundenorientierung, aber wahrscheinlich blieb uns dann in der Folge Einiges erspart. Delighted with the good reviews, we thought we had found the right company. The process was disappointing: at first you could not make an appointment by phone as stated on the homepage, you had to send everything you said in writing. OK no problem. Then no reaction for 5 days (48 hours advertised on the homepage), then no one on the phone all day and no possibility to leave a message. On a repeated despatch of the request via form came back then that unfortunately you could not help, because the parking would be so bad. Note: the district is mentioned and the first phone call addressed the possibility of parking in the house area, apart from the fact that there is a garage on the doorstep where you can park (a reimbursement of course would not have been an issue). No comment on this customer focus, but we probably saved a lot in the episode.

Dann erfolgte ein Anruf aus dem Erdgeschoß mit der Info, dass der Lift nicht funktioniert (?!). Die Besichtigung war rasch erledigt, allerdings kippte die Stimmung als ich sagte, dass die Wohnungsreinigung nur hin und wieder nötig wäre (in meiner online Anfrage hatte ich nie erwähnt dass ich eine regelmäßige Reinigung wünsche). Auf das für den nächsten Werktag versprochene Angebot warte ich - trotz Nachfrage - bereits seit 1,5 Wochen und nehme an, dass ich auch keines mehr bekommen werde. Keine Empfehlung! For inspection appointment the gentlemen came despite 2 hours time window too late. Then there was a call from the ground floor with the information that the lift is not working (?!). The inspection was done quickly, but the mood was tipping when I said that the apartment cleaning would only be necessary from time to time (in my online request I never mentioned that I wanted a regular cleaning). Despite the demand, I have been waiting for the promised offer for the next working day for 1.5 weeks and assume that I will not get any more. No recommendation!

Insofern können wir diese Firma mit ruhigem Gewissen empfehlen. Eines sei noch angemerkt, ein Urteil abzugeben, ohne die Leistung konsumiert zu haben und darauf hin eine miese Bewertung abzugeben, ist schon ziemlich seltsam... The price, performance and service were top. In this respect, we can recommend this company with a clear conscience.
