Voor 10 personen is de keuken klein, de afwasmachine bijvoorbeeld is geschikt voor een 2 persoons huishouden en er is niet genoeg warm water om af te wassen, ook niet genoeg aanrechtblad overigens. Er is geen kastruimte voor boodschappen. Geen mogelijkheid om volle afvalzakken kwijt te raken, tenzij je een vriendelijke buurvrouw weet te vragen. Sauna met niet goed sluitende glazen deur in de woonkeuken, geen privacy maar verwarmt de woonkeuken wel. De whirlpool is gewoon een bad met blazers, die op een andere verdieping dan de sauna zit. Verder waren er vele andere kleine gebreken en ongemakken die je niet verwacht als je een luxueus appartement boekt voor een (te) fors bedrag, zoals geen leeslampjes bij elk bed, geen zeep en handdoekjes in toiletten, een slaapkamer zonder kastruimte, te kleine kapstok, kapotte broodrooster, lampen en deurklinken, etc etc. Op melding van alle gebreken is niet inhoudelijk gereageerd, wel zijn extra handdoeken gebracht. Locatie is idd op 10 min wandelafstand van piste. Supermarkt ligt echter niet naast appartement, wel een bakker die vanaf 6.00 uur open is en dat was een aantal dagen te horen. Apartment has a nice modern look, good beds and chairs. However, the term luxury is an exaggeration. The kitchen is small for 10 people, for example the dishwasher is suitable for a 2 person household and there is not enough hot water to wash dishes, not enough countertops by the way. There is no cupboard space for groceries. No possibility to get rid of full garbage bags, unless you know how to ask a friendly neighbor. Sauna with glass door that does not close properly in the kitchen, no privacy, but it does heat the kitchen. The whirlpool is just a bath with blowers, which is on a different floor than the sauna. Furthermore, there were many other small flaws and inconveniences that you do not expect when you book a luxurious apartment for a (too) large amount, such as no reading lights by each bed, no soap and towels in toilets, a bedroom without closet space, too small a coat rack, broken toaster, lamps and door handles, etc etc. There was no response to reporting all defects, but extra towels were brought. The location is a 10-minute walk from the slopes. However, the supermarket is not next to the apartment, but there is a bakery that is open from 6.00 am and that was heard for a number of days.
