Auch die Terminvereinbarungen klappen hervorragend. Bei Schmerzen wurde auch schon mal ein Termin ausserhalb der Ordizeiten gegeben. Frau Doktor und Ihr Team nehmen sich auch Zeit und erklären alles so, dass man es auch versteht. Wirklich ein tolles Team!!!! Danke. My whole family (5 persons) is with Dr. med. Dr. Pleisnitzer in treatment and in your beautiful ordination always been well looked after. The appointments are also excellent. In case of pain, there was also an appointment outside the ordi times. Doctor and your team take their time and explain everything so that you understand it. Really a great team !!!! Thank you.

Dank für nix. My husband broke a piece of the tooth including the seal and was in pain. Unfortunately, treatment is not possible without an appointment. But the assistant wishes us all the best. Mir ist ein von der Frau Doktor behandelten Backenzähne abgebrochen, und bereitete mir extreme Schmerzen. Nach einem Anruf ob die Ordination geöffnet sei , wurde mir erklärt das nur eingeschränkter Betrieb möglich ist und kein freier Termin verfügbar wäre.Und sowieso nur für Patienten ihrer Kartei, bin ich ! Ja aber du warst jetzt so lange nicht mehr da. Sorry bis heute war alles in Ordnung. Ich wollte keinen Termin, ich habe akute Schmerzen. Persönlich hingefahren und sehr unfreundlich abgewiesen. Nun stellt sich mir die Frage was man tun muss um behandelt zu werden . Zahnreinigung und unwichtige Behandlungen sind nicht gestattet. Null Punkte. Echt traurig. In times like these, you should think that people are getting closer again, but not in this dental practice. My molars, which were treated by the doctor, broke and caused me extreme pain. After a call to see if the ordination was open, I was told that only limited operation is possible and no free appointment would be available. Yes, but you haven't been around for so long. Sorry until today everything was fine. I didn't want an appointment, I have acute pain. Personally driven there and rejected very unfriendly. Now the question arises what to do to be treated. Teeth cleaning and unimportant treatments are not permitted. Zero points. Really sad.
