J	Julian Gustke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartement + sauberes und aufgeräumtes Appartement + sehr stabiles (& kostenfreies) WLAN vorhanden + Spülmaschine in Appartement vorhanden + Fernseher in jedem Schlafraum (Schlafzimmer & Wohnzimmer/Küche) vorhanden + Viele Handtücher in Badezimmer bereitgestellt + Hygieneprodukte in Badezimmer vorhanden + leistungsfähige Heizkörper + Gardinen an jedem Fenster + Tisch mit Informationsbroschüren zu Aktivitäten in Umgebung (in Hausflur) vorhanden Service + sehr nette Vermieterin + Brötchenservice + während Aufenthalt wurde sogar (einmal) aufgeräumt (z.B. zusammengelegte Kleidung, siehe Foto), Toilettenpapier nachgefüllt & die Mülleimer geleert Lage + gute Lage (im Winter), da (≥) 5 Skigebiete im der Nähe ( -> Rangger Köpfl - Oberperfuss -> Seefeld - Rosshütte -> Seefeld - Gschwandtkopf -> Axamer Lizum -> Kühtai (+ (inkl.) Hochoetz) ) o kein Zweitschlüssel ausgehändigt worden, aber wäre vlt. auch möglich gewesen ?! o keine Schneidebretter in Appartement vorhanden, die jedoch laut Vermieterin normalerweise enthalten sein sollen (Anregungen:) - kein Schuhraum zum trocknen der Ski- & Snowboardschuhe vorhanden - Keine Lampe mit "gemütlichem" gedimmten Licht für Wohnzimmer vorhanden (vorhandene sind entweder zu hell, oder zu grell) - Wohnzimmer-Stühle und Handtuchhalter im Badezimmer etwas wackelig - kein Carport oder ähnliches zum Schutz des Autos vor Schnee vorhanden apartment + clean and tidy apartment + very stable (& free) WiFi available + Dishwasher available in apartment + TV in every bedroom (bedroom & living room / kitchen) available + Lots of towels provided in bathroom + Hygiene products in the bathroom + powerful radiators + Curtains on every window + Table with information brochures on activities in the area (in the hallway) available service + very nice landlady + Bread service + During the stay, they even cleaned up (once) (e.g. folded clothes, see photo), refilled toilet paper & emptied the bins location + good location (in winter), as (≥) 5 ski areas nearby (-> Rangger Köpfl - Oberperfuss -> Seefeld - Rosshütte -> Seefeld - Gschwandtkopf -> Axamer Lizum -> Kühtai (+ (incl.) Hochoetz)) o no duplicate key was handed over, but it might. was also possible ?! o There are no cutting boards in the apartment, which, according to the landlord, should normally be included (Suggestions :) - No shoe room to dry the ski & snowboard boots available - No lamp with "cozy" dimmed light for living room available (existing ones are either too bright or too bright) - Living room chairs and towel rails in the bathroom a bit wobbly - No carport or similar to protect the car from snow

Gerade für einen Urlaub mit Baby/Kind ist der Roslerhof perfekt geeignet. Frau Holzknecht is a very, very nice and prudent landlady. The contact was always uncomplicated and cordial. The Roslerhof is perfect for a holiday with a baby / child.

M	Maik Winkler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir (2 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind) waren insgesamt 10 Tage im Roslerhof untergebracht. Unser Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet, hell und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage im Ort ist zentral, ruhig und man ist trotzdem sehr schnell auf der Autobahn, Innsbruck oder den Nahe gelegenen Ski-Gebieten wie Seefeld, Axamer Lizum, Kühtai usw. Frau Holzknecht hat sich super um uns gekümmert und man fühlte sich von Anfang an Willkommen. Sie hatte alles super vorbereitet für unseren 6 Monate alten Sohn mit Baby-Bett und ein paar Spielzeugen. Zu dem war der Preis für die Region recht günstig. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. We (2 adults and a toddler) stayed at the Roslerhof for a total of 10 days. Our apartment was very well equipped, bright and modern. The location in the village is central, quiet and you can still get to the motorway, Innsbruck or the nearby ski areas such as Seefeld, Axamer Lizum, Kühtai, etc. Ms. Holzknecht took great care of us and we felt welcome from the start. She had prepared everything perfectly for our 6 month old son with a baby bed and a few toys. The price for the region was also quite cheap. We would come back anytime.
