Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sind sauber und modern eingerichtet und auch beim Frühstück ist ALLES da, was das Herz begehrt! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!! A very recommendable pension near the spa! The landlords are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and modern and at breakfast everything is there, what the heart desires! We'll definitely be back !!

Sehr nett und herzlich, leckeres Frühstück, saubere Zimmer, gemütliches Bett und so nah an der Therme Geinberg! Alle Sterne ⭐️ von uns! Danke My husband and I stayed one night with the Reitinger family and we will definitely be back! Very nice and warm, delicious breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable bed and so close to the Geinberg thermal baths! All stars ⭐️ from us! Thank you
s	sophia danklmaier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als wir das Elektoschloss der Pension nicht aufbekamen, schimpfte uns die Gastgeberin per Telefon, dass sich noch nie jemand "so deppat angestellt hat" wie wir und wenn wir es nicht schaffen, dann sollten wir gefälligst wieder nach Hause fahren, denn sie werde natürlich nicht zu ihrer Pension fahren und ihre Gäste empfangen, wenn sie Probleme haben beim Einchecken. Etwas verdattert schafften wir es später doch in die Pension hineinzukommen und beim Frühstück am nächsten Morgen jammerte die Gastgeberin erneut auf das Check-in bezogen, dass sie noch nie jemanden getroffen hat, der sich derart deppat angestellt hat wie wir. Dass die Lampe im Badezimmer nicht funktioniert hat? Ist mir egal. Dass ein paar Staubknäuel im Zimmer waren? Ist mir auch herzhaft egal. Aber ich finde als Gast (und als Mensch) sollte man mit einer gewissen Höflichkeit behandelt werden, was bei uns nicht der Fall war. Den zweiten Stern gibt es dafür, dass mir wieder vor Augen geführt wurde, wie wichtig Respekt und Rücksichtnahme sind im Umgang mit anderen. When we couldn't open the electric lock of the guesthouse, the hostess scolded us over the phone that no one has ever "been so stupid" as we have and if we don't make it, we should kindly go home, because of course she won't Drive to your guesthouse and meet your guests if they have trouble checking in. A bit puzzled, we managed to get into the guesthouse later and at breakfast the next morning the hostess again complained about the check-in that she had never met someone who was as stupid as we were. That the lamp in the bathroom didn't work? I do not care. That there were a few balls of dust in the room? I don't care heartily either. But I think as a guest (and as a person) you should be treated with a certain courtesy, which was not the case with us. The second star is for showing me again how important respect and consideration are when dealing with others.

Man erreicht zu Fuß die Restaurants und wenn man möchte auch die Therme. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! A really very nice pension! The apartment was very spacious and clean. Very familiar and personally managed. You can walk to the restaurants and, if you want, the thermal baths. We will be back definitely!
H	Han Mue on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Zimmer, die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung des Hauses sind allesamt einwandfrei und die Pension von daher sicher weiterzuempfehlen! Ich hätte mir von der Besitzerin einen freundlicheren und weniger harschen Umgangston erwartet, der leider nicht erfüllt werden konnte. Man hatte den Eindruck als Kostenfaktor (ua. Frühstücksbuffet) zur Last zu fallen. In puncto Gastfreundlichkeit besteht hier sicher noch viel Aufholbedarf, daher der Punkteabzug. The rooms, the cleanliness and the facilities of the house are all properly and therefore safe to recommend the board! I would have expected from the owner a friendlier and less harsh tone, which unfortunately could not be met. They had to drop the idea as a cost (eg. Breakfast) to the load. In terms of hospitality is here certainly a lot of catching up, hence the points deduction.

Ausschlafen ist nicht drin, weil man von außen alles hört, speziell das Stiegenhaus hallt furchtbar. Auch die verlegten Rohre... man hört alles. Polster haben irgendwie eklig gemüffelt. Der Besitzerin fehlt es etwas an "ehrlicher" Gastlichkeit, weshalb ich den vorangehenden Kommentaren zustimme! Kleinigkeit, aber mir ist sowas wichtig. "All in all" it was okay ... Price / performance ratio okay. However, it should be noted that the house has extremely thin walls. Sleeping in is not possible because you can hear everything from outside, especially the stairwell echoes terribly. Even the pipes that were laid ... you can hear everything. Upholstery smelled disgusting somehow. The owner lacks "honest" hospitality, which is why I agree with the previous comments! Trifle, but that's important to me.
N	Nobody on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundlich Personal!!!! Zimmer waren sehr kalt und durch nachfragen wurde die Chefin gleich total persönlich…!!!!.. Weder impfzertifikat wurde kontrolliert… Im Frühstücksraum läuft die Chefin selber ständig ohne Maske rum… Im Grund eine Frechheit!!!! Sogar 1 Stern ist Zuviel der Bewertung… Very rude staff!!!! The rooms were very cold and when I asked the boss she became totally personal…!!!!.. Neither vaccination certificate was checked... In the breakfast room, the boss herself constantly walks around without a mask... Basically a cheek!!!! Even 1 star is too much of a rating...
