★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wunderschön gelegen auf einem Hang mit super Aussicht auf Tux und die umliegenden Berge. Sehr ruhig da schon ziemlich am Rand der Siedlung. Freundlicher Empfang, eine wirklich günstige Übernachtung mit super Frühstücksbuffet und schöne, große Zimmer mit Balkon runden das Gesamtpaket ab.
 Beautifully situated on a slope with great views of Tux and the surrounding mountains. Very quiet since quite on the edge of the settlement. Friendly welcome, a really cheap night with great breakfast buffet and nice, large rooms with balcony complete the package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achtung Betrug! Die Betreiber tun alles, um ihr Haus möglichst voll zu vermieten. Apartments werden nach der Nummer der Gäste zugewiesen, statt nach dem was gebucht wurde.
Gebucht war ein Apartment mit vier Zimmern für eine Reisegruppe bestehend aus fünf Erwachsenen (ein Pärchen, drei Singles). Die Betreiber haben uns ohne Kommunikation und ohne Kostenerstattung auf ein kleineres Apartment mit nur drei Zimmern umgebucht. Angesprochen auf das Problem meinten die Betreiber sinngemäß: "Das ganze Dorf ist sowieso ausgebucht, nehmt das Apartment oder fahrt halt wieder."
Eine andere Reisegruppe, die zeitgleich mit uns im Haus gebucht hatte, klagte über das gleiche Problem. Versprochen wurde dieser Gruppe ein Apartment mit 120m², bekommen haben sie 90m².
Beware of fraud! The operators do everything to rent their house as fully as possible. Apartments are assigned based on guest number rather than what is booked.
An apartment with four rooms was booked for a group of five adults (one couple, three singles). The operators rebooked us to a smaller apartment with only three rooms without communication and without reimbursement. When asked about the problem, the operators said: "The whole village is booked out anyway, take the apartment or just go back."
Another tour group that booked at the same time as us complained about the same problem. This group was promised an apartment with 120m², they got 90m².

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. There is no response by the owner to any question asked between booking and arrival. We tried multiple emails and languages - no answer.
2. All the money is charged right at booking date, contrary to most other providers.
3. The villa does not have a room to have a drink / chat after the ski. There is a small breakfast place at the last floor but the owner won’t let the tourists use it in the evening.
4. Breakfast is very basic, too basic for the price of the room.
5. Staff is unfriendly. We have been warned insistently that we will damage the carpets and floors with the boots, in a patronising way.
6. Staff is intrusive and does not respect privacy. When having a drink in one of the appartments, the owner entered without warning or knocking to argue it was too late for drinking. It was well before midnight.
7. No chance to pay by credit card, you need cash for the resort and cleaning fee.
All in all, while the vila is ok, there was a feeling of not being welcome and there was no effort of the staff to smile and be nice. We expect this from a host.
