Wonderful stay, Anja and Leon welcome you with open arms! In their guest house where you will receive a warm welcome, with nice, cozy and fresh rooms (with or without a balcony, both fantastic) and wonderful beds! We love breakfast there during our trips. That's fine with Anja and Leon.. what a treat! Because they are full of ideas (enough space on their property) it is a surprise every time we are there what they have come up with to make your stay even better. There is always something to discover. The swimming pool is one that will come. Delicious! So a lot of fun also on the terrace and they help you on your way with trips, tours by car, motorcycle or bicycle and walking or in finding a nice restaurant. There is also a field with fruit trees within walking distance? there are Gustav and Suzie (in winter on a stall) who are also worth a visit! I also want to say something about their kitchen.. great that there is a separate stove for guests who can prepare something themselves. Handy if you have small children with you!

We are passing through and came across this residence. Thanks to special directions from the owner, it is easier to reach than via navigation. Beautiful property, well maintained. Our 1st impression was fine. Our room no. 7 on 1st floor is only accessible by stairs. (no elevator) Great room, a somewhat dated bathroom but clean and adequate. Like hot water. Large balcony with privacy screens. The 2 pers. bed has 2 separate duvets and the mattresses are (nice) soft. Kettle with coffee / tea, TV (no Dutch channels), clothes hangers, hair dryer, clean towels, in short, nicely complete. The owners have been building the guest house since 2019, you can see that a lot of hard work has been done and the intentions to make something beautiful out of it is clearly visible. POSITIVE: Hospitable, nice decoration, comfort, good breakfast and coffee etc. clean and tidy, authentic. NEGATIVE: * Flying, so bring a swatter and solved. * If you leave the balcony door open (not smart if you don't want flies) you can clearly hear the highway and a train because of the reverberation of sound from the mountains, so close the door or earplugs if you sleep lightly. * If you are bad at walking stairs, this is not for you. Excellent guest house in an ideal location. An ideal base for both summer and winter. Pension has a playground for children, nice up to date rooms and an extensive breakfast buffet! Lovely terrace in the sun in front of the door. Nothing but praise! A 20-minute drive away is a huge ski area Nassfeld, beautiful lifts and a modern area with long, wide ski slopes. Evening meals are very good nearby at restaurant Tarmann! Recommended! Further a 20 minute drive is Villach which is a nice town with plenty of restaurants. We will definitely come back!
