Room big enough, unfortunately too much mold in bathroom and bedroom discovered.

Die Zimmer waren teilweise nicht sauber und auch die WC Spühlungen haben kaum funktioniert. Vom Vermieter wurde man jedoch nur sehr unfreundlich behandelt und er betrat die Zimmer auch noch bevor wir ausgecheckt haben.
The top location of the pension is that only positive,
The rooms were partly not clean and also the toilet sinks hardly worked. The landlord was treated but very rude and he entered the room even before we checked out.

Great hosts, rooms, bathrooms clean and nicely decorated. Next to the shop, several restaurants. I recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great if you are looking to stay for one night in Semmering. No ski room or other facilities included but you can use the cellar to change or even to park your stuff for the next day before leaving. It is next door to the skilift, however shuttle buses to/from Semmering train station operate randomly.
