B	Barbara S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr sauberes Geschäft, Mitarbeiter freundlich. Aber leider bei weitem nicht so viel österreichische Ware wie in der Werbung immer erzählt wird! Very clean business, friendly staff. But unfortunately not nearly as much Austrian goods as is always told in advertising!

J	Jakob Glinz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gut sortiere Filialen. Alle Kühlregale sind der Umwelt zuliebe verschlossen! Das Personal ist freundlich und die Filiale ist sauber. Der Parkplatz ist geräumig nur die Zufahrt/Ausfahrt ist etwas ungünstig gestaltet. Am Parkplatz ist eine Amazon Paketbox allerdings noch nicht in Betrieb. Very well sorted branches. All refrigerated shelves are closed for the sake of the environment! The staff is friendly and the branch is clean. The parking lot is spacious, only the entrance / exit is a bit inconvenient. However, an Amazon parcel box is not yet in operation at the parking lot.

M	Melanie Summer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So etwas unhöfliches habe ich noch nie gesehen ! Ich wollte Aktionen mit jö Karte nutzen, habe aber keine gehabt. Ich wurde hingestellt als ob ich hier falsch wäre, mir wurde nicht angeboten eine neue karte zu machen um somit die Aktionen nutzen zu können. Ich habe 3 produkte dann da gelassen. Ich bin dann das 2. Mal hinein gegangen und hatte kein Verständnis dafür, bin aber höflich geblieben. Meine dagelassene Ware wurde an die Kasse gestellt und ich wollte diese dann mit meiner neu gemachten jö Karte kaufen. Die Dame sagte, dass diese Produkte nicht mehr da sind, ich habe sie aber an der kasse gesehen. Bin dann zum Regal und habe mir neue besorgt. Jedoch waren nur noch 2 stk da, und ich wollte mehr . Keine Hilfe von den Mitarbeitern. Unfreundlich, und ich habe für die jetzige Situation Verständnis, jedoch nicht für diese unfreundlichkeit und das einem nicht geholfen wird. Am liebsten würde ich 0 Sterne geben. I've never seen anything so rude! I wanted to take advantage of promotions with a jö card, but didn't have any. I was put down as if I was wrong here, I was not offered to make a new card in order to be able to use the promotions. I left 3 products there. I then went in the 2nd time and didn't understand, but stayed polite. The goods I had left were placed at the checkout and I then wanted to buy them with my newly made jö card. The lady said that these products are no longer available, but I saw them at the checkout. Then I went to the shelf and got new ones. However, there were only 2 left and I wanted more. No help from staff. Unfriendly, and I understand the current situation, but not for this unfriendliness and not being helped. I would prefer to give 0 stars.
