★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider ist das hohe Niveau das die Firma bei seinen Produkten anlegt nicht beim Personal bzw. nur sehr vereinzelt zu finden.
Man wird noch vor der Bestellung (in der Schlange stehend)angepflaumt, dass es kein Menü mehr gibt(12:05!!!). Und das nicht zum ersten Mal von dieser Dame. Kundenorientiertheit, Freundlichkeit und Kundenzufriedenheit sind Fremdwörter für manche Mitarbeiterinnen. Schade, wir werden.in Zukunft wo anders essen gehen

Before you order (standing in line), you are told that there is no menu (12:05!!!). And not for the first time from this lady. Customer orientation, friendliness and customer satisfaction are foreign words for some employees. It's a shame, we will eat somewhere else in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was für eine Qualität, einfach nur gut, ach was, richtig fantastisch. Kein Wunder dass man dort manchmal ein wenig warten muss bis man bedient wird, aber das Warten lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Außerdem sind die Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Was will man mehr. Auch in Zeiten von Corona doch so einen Qualität abzuliefern und nicht nach zu lassen ist bemerkenswert.
What a quality, just good, oh what, really fantastic. No wonder that you sometimes have to wait a little until you are served, but the wait is definitely worth it. In addition, the staff are very courteous and friendly. What more do you want. Even in times of Corona, delivering such quality and not lessening it is remarkable.
