B	Bernhard Zederbauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte einen Sodastream Zylinder in Reserve kaufen.... Zunächst hieß es, von der freundlichen Servicekraft im Markt, den kriege man an der Kasse. Nach dem üblichen Procedere, sagte der Herr an der Kasse, er könne mir keinen geben, da ich keinen Tauschzylinder habe. Nicht zu dem Preis. Eh nicht, erklärte ich, ich möchte nicht für 8,99€ einen Zylinder umtauschen, dondern für 24,99€ einen zusätzlichen Reserve Zylinder. Wie auch online nachzulesen, und bei den Zylindern im Regal angeschrieben. Da meinte der Herr, es gäbe die nur, wenn ich einen leeren Zylinder umtausche. Ich entgegnete, dass ich keinen Zylinder zum Tausch mithabe, dies kostet 8,99€, sondern einen als Reserve kaufen will. Der kostet 24,99€. Da erwiderte der Herr, die kann man nur kaufen, wenn man einen leeren Zylinder umtausche, und einzelne Zylinder gibt's nur bei Obi oder wenn man ein neues Gerät kauft und da nur im Onlineshop - komisch aber, dass solche Geräte im Regal hinten standen, und mir die Kollegin zuvor mitteilte, Zylinder gäbe es an der Kasse- darauf hin der Herr, die Kollegin sei wohl neu und wisse dies noch nicht, und ich sollte zu Obi fahren wegen diesem Zylinder oder online bestellen. Nee, nee, Kundenfreundlichkeit und Fachkompetenz sehen anders aus. Penny Markt gerne, aber hier sicherlich nie wieder. I wanted to buy a Sodastream cylinder in reserve .... Den Rest der Arbeiter kannst du vergessen nicht mal gutes Deutsch können die oder machen oft Rechenfehler find oft abgelaufene Produkte in der Kühlungsabteilung. The man at the cash register with the glasses who seems to be very trained. Very friendly and competent! You can't forget the rest of the workers, they don't even speak good German, or they often make arithmetic errors and often find expired products in the refrigeration department.
