A	Aufstrichqueen vera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Geschäft ist halt ein BILLA aber es ist auch ein sehr altes Gebäude und meiner Meinung nach schlecht sortiert! Anstatt ständig neue Geschäfte zu bauen sollte rede mal in Erneuerungen investieren! Personal ist ganz ok aber freundlicher würde es trotzdem gegen! Ich habe selber als stellvertretende marktleitung in diesem Konzern gearbeitet und weiß das Freundlichkeit gegenüber Kunden anders funktioniert! Also alles in allem kann ich NICHT MEHR als 3 Sterne vergeben The shop is a BILLA but it's also a very old building and in my opinion badly sorted! Instead of constantly building new businesses, talk should invest in renewals! Staff is okay but it would still be friendlier! I myself worked as the deputy market manager in this group and know that being friendly towards customers works differently! So all in all I CANNOT give more than 3 stars

Dafür aber sehr freundlich und einladend für den nächsten Einkauf. Bei mir hat es funktioniert! As with all BILLAS well sorted. I had the impression that the branch in Baden is understaffed. Longer waiting at checkout. But very friendly and inviting for the next purchase. That worked for me!

Ich muss sagen, ich habe für diese Art von Zeitdiebstahl genau gar kein Verständnis. Für mich als Kunde ist so etwas einfach nur ein Schlag ins Gesicht. Hab dann meinen Einkauf einfach am Laufband liegen lassen und bin gegangen. Bei so viel Konkurrenz im Umkreis wird mich schon irgendwer bedienen und einen anderen Zugang zu Kundenzufriedenheit haben. 15h none of the cash registers occupied, no Billa employees in the checkout area to be seen far and wide. I have to say, I have absolutely no understanding for this kind of time theft. For me as a customer, this is just a slap in the face. Then I just left my shopping on the treadmill and left. With so much competition in the area, someone will serve me and have a different approach to customer satisfaction.

Die Mitarbeiter an diesen Standort sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend . Der Markt ist sehr sauber und ordentlich geschlichtet. Wären normal für mich 5 sterne aber kommen wir jetzt zum negativen teil dieses Einkaufserlebnis : Ich habe lange selbst bei Merkur gearbeitet und finde es eine Frechheit was man aus billa und merkur macht . Den einen löscht man aus und glaubt das man mit einer Namensänderung und einen plus alles wieder gut macht und beim anderen vertreibt man die Kunden mit schlechten Aktionen und Bauernfängerein . Und ja ich hätte genauer lesen können aber die Routine und die Gewohnheit hat es mich überfliegen lassen das nicht alles -25% in Aktion war . Aber ehrlich : was soll diese Aktion? Die ist so unnötig und lockt niemanden an . Ich werde absofort billa meiden genau so wie ich es mit billa plus (dieser bleibt bei mir merkur) seit der Umstellung mache . Ich bin fast ein wenig traurig. Spar freut sich sicher über diese unnötigen Machenschaften seitens rewe . Gut gemacht macht nur weiter so Normally I do not write any negative reviews and this does not refer to this billa but to the new concept of billa. The employees at this location are very friendly and courteous. The market is very clean and neatly arranged. 5 stars would be normal for me but let's get to the negative part of this shopping experience: I worked at Merkur for a long time and I think it's a cheek what you do with billa and merkur. One wipes out and believes that with a name change and one plus one will make it all good again and with the other one drives away the customers with bad promotions and farmer catchers. And yes, I could have read more closely, but the routine and habit let me skim that not everything was -25% in action. But honestly: what is this action for? It's so unnecessary and doesn't attract anyone. From now on I will avoid billa just like I have been doing with billa plus (this one stays with me merkur) since the changeover. I am almost a little sad. Spar is sure to be happy about these unnecessary machinations on the part of rewe. Well done just keep it up

Sehr lieb und geduldig werde ich schon lange von einer Dame bedient, sie ist rothaarig, auch eine Pfaffstättnerin. GROßES LOB AN SIE!:) I live in Pfaffstätten and like to go to the Billa across from Hofer, and often do so. I have been served very kindly and patiently by a lady for a long time, she is red-haired and also a woman from Pfaffstättner. BIG PRAISE TO YOU! :)

Aber so blöd ich bin fahre ich weiterhin zum Billa und ärgere mich immer aufs neue ! BITTE ÄNDERT MAL WAS Danke Every day again ... spoiled fruit, especially raspberries and also other foods But it's pretty much with almost every Billa ... Cold chain obviously doesn't quite fit. But as stupid as I am, I keep going to Billa and it annoys me all over again! PLEASE CHANGE SOMETHING Thanks
