Also ich finde die Beschwerden übertrieben?‍♀️ I think it's great about donations and if you don't want to, you can simply say no. So I think the complaints are exaggerated?‍♀️

Wenn ich was spenden will, mach ich das direkt bei den Organisationen, zum Penny gehe ich zum Einkaufen und wegen sonst nichts. To tell the truth, it's a joke to be pestered at the cash desk if I do not want to donate something. If I want to donate something, I do it directly with the organizations, to the penny, I'm not for shopping and for otherwise.

Man erhält falsche Auskunft darüber, wann die Produkte wieder verfügbar sind. Jede Mitarbeiterin teilt den Kunden etwas anderes mit. Gutscheine, die in anderen Penny-Filialen öfter einlösbar sind, werden einem hier abgenommen und nur nochmal akzeptiert, wenn man den Gutschein mehrmals ausgedruckt mitbringt. Die Begründung dafür liegt darin, dass die Gutscheine der Abrechnung beigelegt werden müssen. Gutscheine, die man auf dem Smartphone mit einer PDF-Datei vorweisen möchte, werden in dieser Filiale nicht akzeptiert. In so gut wie jeder anderen Filiale sind die Gutscheine akzeptiert worden. Ich kenne Leute, die in dieser Filiale nicht freundlich begrüßt werden. Anscheinend eher nur Kunden, die das Personal grüßen will! Every employee tells the customer something different. Vouchers that can be redeemed more often in other Penny branches will be taken from you and will only be accepted again if you bring the printed voucher with you several times. The vouchers have been accepted in almost every other branch. I know people who are not greeted warmly in this branch. Apparently only customers who want to greet the staff!

Small but nice, other big markets certainly have more choice, but you get everything that is important and the staff is also helpful.

Fantastische Mehlspeisen, Kuchen usw. Der kleine Umweg von der Innenstadt wird wirklich voll entschädigt und die Nähe zum Augarten ist schön. The dish in the photo is a Styrian egg dish. Simply divine, for breakfast you are full until night, as with many other dishes. Fantastic pastries, cakes, etc. The little detour from the city center is really fully compensated and the proximity to the Augarten is nice.
