C	Christoph Bliemel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kein Kundensupport im konkreten Fall eines defekten Sodastar Kohlensäure Tauschzylinders. Defekter Zylinder, wo die Kohlensäure durch offenbar defektes Ventil nach nur wenigen Gebrauchszyklen vollständig entwichen ist, wurde bei der Reklamation vollständig in Rechnung gestellt. Mir, dem Kunden, wurde keinerlei Gehör gegeben; auch mein Hinweis dass zumindest der zylinder aus dem Verkehr gezogen werden soll wurde ignoriert; nun wird vermutlich leider der nächste Kunde nach Befüllung wieder mit einem defektem zylinder beglückt... Es geht hier um keine großen Kosten, man könnte sagen eine Kleinigkeit... Leider ist es bei Hofer jedoch Praxis dass der Kunde geringe Wertschätzung zukommt; ähnliche negative Erfahrungen kann ich in Zusammenhang mit hofer.at Onlineshop geben. Es geht hier auch nicht darum einzelne Mitarbeiter bzw Filialleiter bloß zu stellen, diese haben definitiv großen Druck und machen nur ihren Job. Das Problem kann ja auch durchaus von der Unternehmensführung ausgehen... No customer support in the specific case of a defective Sodastar carbon dioxide exchange cylinder. Defective cylinder, where the carbon dioxide has completely escaped after only a few cycles of use due to an apparently defective valve, was fully invoiced for the complaint. I, the customer, were not given any hearing; also my advice that at least the cylinder should be withdrawn from circulation was ignored; Now, unfortunately, the next customer will probably be delighted with a defective cylinder again after filling ... It is not a question of high costs, you could say a little thing ... Unfortunately, however, it is a practice at Hofer that the customer is not valued at all; I can give similar negative experiences in connection with the hofer.at online shop. It's not about exposing individual employees or branch managers, they definitely have a lot of pressure and just do their job. The problem can also come from the company management ...
