The service is outstanding and the staff works fast, friendly and clean. You will be helped quickly and after work, the job is left clean. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach vereinbarten Termin für eine Beratung vor Ort wegen Tausch von einer Gastherme in Luft Wärmepumpe wurde der Termin weder eingehalten noch abgesagt. Nach telefonischer Nachfrage, ob der vereinbarte Termin eventuell vergessen wurde, bekam ich die Auskunft, dass dieser Termin storniert!!!! (von wen?) wurde.
Grund, ich zitiere: "so weit fahren wir nicht. "(Anm. 28 km)
Ich bat daraufhin um eine Erklärung, denn eine Woche vorher wurde mir dieser Termin zugesagt und dabei gab ich meine Adresse bekannt.
Darauf hin bekam ich folgende Antwort des junior Chefs: "ich muss ihnen gar nichts erklären".
Danke für das Gespräch ich werde diese Firma sicher nicht weiter empfehlen.
After an agreed appointment for an on-site consultation regarding the exchange of a gas boiler for an air heat pump, the appointment was neither kept nor cancelled. After calling to ask if the agreed appointment might have been forgotten, I got the information that this appointment was cancelled!!!! (by whom?) was.
Reason, I quote: "We don't drive that far." (Note 28 km)
I then asked for an explanation, because I had been promised this appointment a week before and I gave my address.
Then I got the following answer from the junior boss: "I don't have to explain anything to you".
Thanks for the interview I will certainly not recommend this company to anyone.
