Gratuliere zu netten, freundlichen und kompetenten Mitarbeitern. Auch wenn es um "Kleinigkeiten" geht, gibt es ein tolles Service. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Kontakt mit der Fa. Weissinger könnte man als Fallbeispiel für ein Verkaufsseminar nehmen, wie man es nicht machen sollte. Anruf von mir wegen der Installation einer Hausheizungsanlage mit Wärmepumpe für einen Zweitwohnsitz. Chef ist persönlich am Apparat, sagt er sei krank, kann nichts notieren, ich solle ein Mail mit meinen Daten und Anliegen senden. Habe ich getan. Tags darauf der Rückruf des Chefs, ich hätte ein Mail geschickt und wann ich vor Ort wäre, zwecks Besichtigung. Ich sage ab morgen 5 Tage. Na so schnell geht es überhaupt nicht, wann ich denn in ein paar Wochen wieder vor Ort sei. Ich sage, dass das bei einem Zweitwohnsitz nicht über Wochen im Voraus schon feststehe, aber ich würde es mir mit Vorbehalt schon einteilen können, er sollte mir nur sagen, wann es ginge. Er meinte, welcher Wochentag mir passen würde. Ich: idealerweise ein Freitag oder Montag, da Zweitwohnsitz. Worauf er wieder meinte, dass man sich selbst ja auch mal Ruhe gönnen muss, worauf ich das Gespräch mit den Worten, dass wir es am Besten lassen sollten, abbrach. Wer nicht will, der hat offenbar schon.

He said which day of the week would suit me. Me: ideally a Friday or Monday, since I have a second home. Whereupon he again said that one has to give oneself a break, whereupon I broke off the conversation with the words that we should best leave it alone. If you don't want it, you obviously already have it.
