Waren vorher in einer anderen Pearle Filiale und der Service hier ist einfach um so viel besser. Kompetente Beratung und total sympathische Mitarbeiter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So macht Brillenkauf echt Freude. Frau Mirijana Ortner ist bestens ausgebildet, erklärt verständlich und hat die Filiale im Griff. Auch wenn andere Kunden kommen während des Sehtests erledigt sie das souverän.
Und statt nach geplanten 10-13 Tagen waren beide Brillen nach 8 Tagen da und ich wurde telefonisch kontaktiert und bei Abholung alles vom Gestell angepasst.
Pearle hat hier eine Perle! Da kann man hingehen!
Buying glasses is a real pleasure. Ms. Mirijana Ortner is well trained, explains clearly and has the branch under control. Even if other customers come during the eye test, she does it confidently.
And instead of the planned 10-13 days, both glasses were there after 8 days and I was contacted by phone and everything was adjusted from the frame when I picked it up.
Pearle has a pearl here! You can go there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut nette, zuvorkommende und herzliche Betreuung vom gesamten Team. Ich war zusammen mit meiner Tochter (für die erste Brille) beim Pearle Vorchdorf und kann nach jahrelangen Vergleichen mit anderen Optikern bestätigen, dass der Service hier top ist.
Besonders in der Corona Zeit geben andere Optiker einem das Gefühl bitte ja nicht zu viel zu berühren, weil ja alles desinfiziert werden muss. Nicht so hier, wir durften uns durchs ganze Sortiment probieren und die Mitarbeiterinnen kümmerten sich vorbildlich um die Einhaltung der Hygienemaßnahmen.
Liebevoller Umgang mit Kindern +++, ausgesprochen höfliche Mitarbeiter +++, wir sind zufriedene Kunden und haben unseren Optiker gefunden!
Absolutely nice, courteous and warm support from the entire team. I went to Pearle Vorchdorf with my daughter (for the first pair of glasses) and after years of comparison with other opticians I can confirm that the service here is top-notch.
Especially during the Corona period, other opticians give you the feeling that you don't touch too much, because everything has to be disinfected. Not so here, we were allowed to try the whole range and the employees took care of compliance with the hygiene measures in an exemplary manner.
Loving treatment of children +++, extremely polite staff +++, we are satisfied customers and have found our optician!
