Friendly, courteous and helpful staff! :-) Everything was explained to me in detail (contact lenses) and I felt very comfortable. I would love to come back!

Meine Mutter ließ ihre Brille polieren und bekam sie mit Kratzern im Glas zurück (sehr tiefe Kratzer) , die Angestellte behauptete die Kratzer wären schon gewesen und meine Mutter würde lügen. Ich selbst habe die Brille angesehen und diese Kratzer waren neu. Nicht empfehlenswert dort eine Brille polieren zu lassen. Pure cheek. Rude staff. My mother had her glasses polished and got them back with scratches in the glass (very deep scratches), the clerk claimed the scratches were already there and my mother would be lying. I looked at the glasses myself and these scratches were new. Not recommended to have glasses polished there.

Obwohl die Kunden vorm Geschäft warten müssen , wird der Kunde, der sich gerade im Geschäft befindet sehr gut bedient. Bin sehr zufrieden. Gerne wieder. I ordered new progressive lenses from Ms. Mally today. Very nice service great service very friendly. Although customers have to wait in front of the store, the customer who is in the store is served very well. I am very pleased. Gladly again.

Hat man ein kleines Problem bzw. es reicht auch nur eine Frage sieht man dann die tatsächliche Qualität des Kundenservices, keine Spur von "der Kunde ist König". Vor allem als Optiker, wo man gut und gerne mehrere Hundert Euro liegen lässt, sollte man diese Taktik vielleicht nochmal überdenken. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen, lieber ein Haus weiter gehen und man kommt um einiges zufriedener aus dem Geschäft. Unfortunately, only the quick turnover counts here. If you have a small problem or just one question is enough, you can see the actual quality of the customer service, not a trace of "the customer is king". Especially as an optician, where you are happy to leave several hundred euros behind, you should perhaps reconsider this tactic. Absolutely not to be recommended, rather go one house further and you will come out of the shop a lot happier.
