A	Anita Hackmair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ der BESTE in der Umgebung Hatte gestern innerhalb weniger Minuten mit einem Auge Probleme, das Auge ist relativ schnell angeschwollen, schmerzte und hatte das Gefühl, einen Fremdkörper im Auge zu haben. Ein kurzer Anruf bei der sehr sehr lieben Assistentin genügte, mir wurde gesagt, ich kann gleich kommen, nur muss ich mit Wartezeiten rechnen, da der Andrang groß ist. Innerhalb von 30 Minuten war ich dort, wurde super freundlich empfangen, die Abwicklung ging auch sehr rasch, die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Optiker vis a vis funktionierte ebenso einwandfrei. Alle waren überaus freundlich und bemüht, den Aufenthalt kurz zu halten und eine rasche Behandlung herbeizuführen. Herr Dr. Kölli war - wie immer - super freundlich, nahm sich genug Zeit, um mir alles zu erklären und ich konnte erleichtert innerhalb kurzer Zeit wieder nach Hause fahren. So einen Arzt wünscht man sich als Patient in jedem Bereich. Großes Lob auch an die überaus freundliche Assistentin und die Mitarbeiter des Optikers ! Ihr seid die Besten ! A quick call to the very, very dear assistant was enough, I was told I can come right away, but I have to expect waiting times as the rush is great. I was there within 30 minutes, received a super friendly welcome, the process was also very quick, and the collaboration with the optician across the street worked just as well. Everyone was extremely friendly and tried hard to keep the stay short and to get treatment quickly. Dr. Kölli was - as always - super friendly, took enough time to explain everything to me and I was relieved to be able to go home again within a short time. As a patient, you would want such a doctor in every area. Kudos also to the extremely friendly assistant and the optician's staff! You are the best !
