★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechter Service und zu teuer. Bei mir wurde eine angeblich defekte Festplatte getauscht, die nicht defekt war. Und kurze Zeit später ging wieder nichts mehr am Laptop, für die weitere Fehlersuche musste ich jetzt wieder gut bezahlen. Und das neu Aufsetzten (Windows 10) hätt nochmal gut 120€ gekostet.
Sieht für mich nach tiefster abzocke aus.
Poor service and too expensive. For me, a supposedly defective hard drive was exchanged that was not defective. And a short time later I was unable to use the laptop again, so I had to pay well again for further troubleshooting. And the new setup (Windows 10) would have cost another 120 €.
Looks like the deepest rip off for me.
