★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cable car takes you up to ca 1970m and one ride takes about 10min (you start at ca 1100m). But it is still not the top of the mountain, so bring some boots for getting up there.
I was there in mai and there was still snow on the top of the mountain. The Restaurants were closed, so if you want to eat there, make sure they are opened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a lovely experience. The view from the top is like reaching the sky. You can walk and enjoy looking at the mountains, have a coffee and something to eat, perhaps an apple strudel. I took a short video when going down on the cable car. Watching the cows and hearing them jiggle their bells is a nice background sound. It is relaxing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1,5 hour waiting for a 2 hour skiing ticket. The blond woman with the longer hair at the cashdesk doesnt know well about the tickets she sells and is very unfriendly and rude to customers who asked why it takes about 1,5 hour. Not the best advertisement for Patscherkofel and Innsbruck. Very disappointed about the bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The original plan was to go snowboarding over Christmas but the lack of snow made that not feasible.
We caught a bus from the Markthalle area which went directly to the resort. We had the Innsbruck pass so the bus and the single ride up came with it.
The views off the bus were really nice but the view looking onto the mountain was not. There was no snow. We headed up the lift and past the first station to the top. The snow at the top was beautiful and powdery. Not many of the lifts were open so we didn't hire any gear or get a pass. It would have been nice to try but the effort wasn't worth it. The views up top were also quite nice and the snow was really good. It also started snowing which was nice as we weren't riding. We had a bit of a snack at the restaurant at the top before heading down.
I would definitely be keen on coming back once there is snow to ride the resort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A stunning location directly overlooking Innsbruck. Very large carpark which does mean can be a long walk carrying ski's and walking in boots. Served By bus from various pick up points from Innsbruck, of which I believe is a free service for skiers, check first. There is only one gondola serving whole ski area . It is modern fast and high. Lots of various routes back down and all standards. I had a very good few hours skiing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very new and modern cable car. On top of the mountain there are two restaurants with breathtaking views.
The price is a bit high, in comparison with other cable cars in the region. Discount of 20% with Innsbruck Welcome Card is applicable.
There are a lot of parking places near the station. The parking seems expensive (€6) but gets refunded when you show your ticket when you buy tickets for the cable car.
