Von der Planung bis zur Fertigstellung hat Frau Tschen uns erstklassig beraten, ist auf unsere Bedürfnisse und Wünsche eingegangen und hat viele gute Vorschläge und Designentwürfe eingebracht, auf die wir selbst nicht gekommen wären. Die Zusammenarbeit war sehr angenehm, Kommunikation, Terminvereinbarungen und gemeinsame Besuche in Möbelgeschäften etc. waren ganz unkompliziert. Frau Tschen hat uns mit ihrem Fachwissen, ihrem sehr guten Auge für Design und Zusammenspiel von Farben bestens unterstützt. Das Gesamtkonzept der Umgestaltung ist sehr stimmig und wir fühlen uns in den neu gestalteten Räumen sehr wohl. Together with Ms. Tschen, we have redesigned the vestibule, anteroom, living room and bedroom in our house and are very satisfied with the result. From planning to completion, Ms. Tschen gave us first-class advice, responded to our needs and wishes and made many good suggestions and design drafts that we would not have thought of ourselves. The collaboration was very pleasant, communication, making appointments and visits to furniture stores, etc., were very straightforward. Ms. Tschen supported us very well with her specialist knowledge, her very good eye for design and the interplay of colors. The overall concept of the redesign is very consistent and we feel very comfortable in the newly designed rooms.

She is organized, detail oriented, truly gifted in her feel for materials and quality construction, and has the rare ability to realize the aesthetic and spatial aspirations of her clients. She is also cognizant of cost and schedule, and kept a somewhat complicated project with elements shipped in from all over Europe more or less on schedule despite some unexpected difficulties. We will definitely contact Patricia when we are ready for another project, and I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a designer who puts out exceptional work.
