★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ausgezeichnete Beratung, gute Auswahl und sehr schöner Schauraum mit vielen Holzmuster. Absolute Empfehlung. Für längeres Beratungsgespräch eventuell vorher anrufen. Spontan vorbeischauen lohnt sich aber auch. Öffnungszeiten aktuell nur drei Tage in der Woche bzw. nach Vereinbarung.
Excellent advice, good selection and very nice showroom with lots of wood patterns. Absolute recommendation. If necessary, call ahead for a long consultation. It is also worthwhile to drop in spontaneously. Opening times currently only three days a week or by appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechte Beratung, Boden sehr aufwendig in der Pflege, wurde uns nicht kommuniziert. Katastrophale Zustellung- unser Boden wurde unnotig am falschen Tag durch ganz Wien geführt. Pakete wurden beschädigt zugestellt. Das Unternehmen hat kein Entgegenkommen gezeigt, da wir mit Verschnitt mit der Verlegung gerade so hingekommen sind. Haben aber 5m2 Puffer bestellt, der durch die Beschädigung aufgesaugt wurde! Nicht empfehlenswert!
Bad advice, soil very expensive in the care, was not communicated to us. Catastrophic Zustellung- our soil was unnecessarily led on the wrong day throughout Vienna. Packages were delivered damaged. The company has shown no concession, as we have just got away with cutting with the relocation. But ordered 5m2 buffer, which was absorbed by the damage! Not recommended!

Nach meiner Anfrage zur Übermittlung eines Parkettmusters erhielt ich einen Anruf. Es wurden meine Wünsche abgeklärt. Das bestellte Muster und sogar Muster weiterer ähnlicher Parkettböden wurden innerhalb kürzester Zeit per Post übermittelt. Das nenne ich Kundenservice!

After my request to submit a parquet pattern, I received a call. My wishes were clarified. The ordered samples and even samples of other similar parquet floors were sent by post within a very short time. That's what I call customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider eine große Enttäuschung. Erster Eindruck: netter Verkaufsraum, netter Berater. Es wird der Eindruck der individuellen Betreuung erweckt. Exklusive, hochpreisige Produkte.
Leider bei der Logistik höchst unprofessionell. Zu viele Schnittstellen, die dann nicht einhalten, was im Schauraum besprochen wird.
Bedauerlich auch, das bei auftretenden Problemen das Personal im Kundenkontakt wenig professionell reagiert. Man gewinnt den Eindruck, dass nach der Bezahlung der Kunde uninteressant wird.
In dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich mir einen anderen Kundenumgang.
Unfortunately a big disappointment. First impression: nice sales room, nice consultant. It gives the impression of individual care. Exclusive, high-priced products.
Unfortunately in logistics highly unprofessional. Too many interfaces that do not comply with what is being discussed in the showroom.
Regrettable also, that in case of problems the staff in the customer contact does not react professionally. One gets the impression that after payment the customer becomes uninteresting.
In this price range, I expect another customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Firma Parkett-Agentur hat mich am Telefon sehr gut beraten, ohne mich zu kennen und mit dem Wissen, dass sie mit mir aktuell kein Geschäft machen kann, da bei mir in der neuen Wohnung bereits ein geölter Parkett verlegt wurde. Ich habe Herrn Palathunkal als sehr serviceorientiert und mit einer guten Expertenmeinung kennengelernt. Jeder, der gutes Service schätzt, kann sich bei Parkett-Agentur gut aufgehoben fühlen. Ich empfehle die Firma sehr gerne weiter.
