Very friendly boss. Tuning done perfectly. Would come again. Small update2021, wanted to come back with my new car .. The boss was so unfriendly on the phone that I thought about it and did the tuning elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Chef ist arrogant und unfreundlich.Er akzeptiert keine zweite Meinung,sogar KFZ-Herstellerangaben sind seiner Meinung nach teilweise falsch.Ein "Fachgespräch"ist meiner Meinung nach nicht möglich.
Die Fachliche Kompetenz endet ganz klar außerhalb der OBD Schnittstelle.
Ich habe mich ehrlich gesagt etwas verarscht gefühlt.
The boss is arrogant and unfriendly. He doesn't accept a second opinion, even car manufacturer information is partly wrong in his opinion. In my opinion, a "technical discussion" is not possible.
The technical competence clearly ends outside the OBD interface.
To be honest, I felt a little betrayed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keine Ahnung, ist selten jemand anwesend ;) Leiden jedoch auch unter Corona Ausfällen. Am besten nur mit Termin hinfahren. Keine Angst, die Bewertung wird beim nächsten Besuch gegebenenfalls adaptiert ;)
Nachtrag und Kommentar zur Antwort: Habe den Schriftverkehr dazu gespeichert, es war ein Mittwoch. möchte ich jedoch nicht veröffentlichen, evtl beim nächsten Besuch;)
I have no idea, there is rarely anyone present ;) However, they also suffer from Corona failures. It's best to only go by appointment. Don't worry, the rating will be adapted if necessary for the next visit ;)
Addendum and comment on the answer: I saved the correspondence, it was a Wednesday. I don't want to publish it, maybe on my next visit;)
