R	Robert Rendl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alles bestens,war zufrieden, leider wurde mir nicht kommuniziert,dass der Erhalt des Zweitschlüssels,so er nicht dabei ist,bis zu 2 Monaten (da man dem Verkäufer diese Zeit geben muss) dauern kann. Da ich das nicht wusste, hatte ich das Gefühl, hinterherzulaufen und das habe ich als unangenehm empfunden. Dieses Missverständnis würde jedoch durch Fr. Dvorak aufgeklärt und die Frage des Schlüssels wurde geklärt. Nunmehr bin ich mit dem Fahrzeug,aber auch der Abwicklung rundum zufrieden und kann das Autohaus und die Mitarbeiter empfehlen. Everything was fine, I was satisfied, unfortunately I was not informed that the receipt of the second key, if it is not there, could take up to 2 months (since you have to give the seller this time). Since I didn't know that, I had the feeling that I was chasing after and found that uncomfortable. However, this misunderstanding would be cleared up by Ms. Dvorak and the question of the key was resolved. Aber sonst war alles sehr seriös danke an das Hösch Team. Uncomplicated processing, I bought a really great Kia e Niro, I'm super happy with the car.
