Parke nur mehr hier. ?????? Very nice parking garage .... here you always get a seat. The parking garage is also very clean. No tight spots to retract, and to drive out. Just park here. ??????

Ich bin Dauerparkerin und parke daher jeden Tag dort. Mein Thema ist der Kundenservice, wenn wirklich mal was ist - kein Einfahren möglich etc. und man versucht im Büro anzurufen, da der Hotline Knopf nicht funktioniert, dann kommt man in die Buchhaltung. Die Dame mit der ich gesprochen habe, fühlt sich nicht zuständig und ist pappig. Keine Rede von "es tut mir leid" oder "natürlich gebe ich es weiter". Es würde Sinn machen, die Herrschaften etwas zu schulen, es ist echt ärgerlich ... The parking garage itself is very large, bright and easy to drive. Many women parking lots that are well lit. Leider wird bei dem Automaten nicht automatisch der Preis für die Wochenkarte, die mit 14,- Euro angegeben ist verrechnet. Bei der Einfahrt habe ich fälschlicherweise angenommen, automatisch eine Wochenkarte zu bekommen. Auf Nachfrage warum jeder einzelne Tag verrechnet wurde, habe ich als Antwort erhalten: "Eine automatisierte Berechnung ist im System leider nicht möglich". Ich frage mich - warum nur ist eine automatisierte Berechnung nicht möglich? Wie man zu dem Preis einer Wochenkarte kommt ist mir nach wie vor nicht klar. I parked for 9 days and paid 30.60 euros. Unfortunately, the machine does not automatically charge the price for the weekly ticket, which is stated at EUR 14. When I drove in, I mistakenly assumed that I would automatically receive a weekly ticket. Achtung bei Buchung einer Wochenkarte muss (Stand 28.08.2021) zuerst ein Einfahrtsticket gezogen werden und dann beim Kassa-Automaten ein Wochenticket gekauft werden (aktuell 14,90€). Vor der Ausfahrt muss beim Kassa-Automaten zunächst das Einfahrtsticket eingesteckt und dann als Zahlungsmittel die Wochenkarte nachgesteckt werden. Ein etwaig verbleibender Betrag (pro Tag 3,60€) muss dann noch bezahlt werden. Mit Karte ist dies auch direkt bei der Ausfahrt möglich. Man erhält dann die Wochenkarte (!) als Ausfahrtsticket zurück. Da der Prozess sehr komplex ist und vor Ort nicht erklärt wird - und Apcoa anscheinend nicht telefonisch erreichbar ist - 1 Stern Abzug. Good P + R facility right next to the subway station.
